CHAPTER 41

THE COTTAGE

           I fluttered my eyes open and set up straight, the room and the whole magic school was back to like it was before the war, the burn traces vanished and the pillars and ceiling were back to standing like before, and no more broken windows, perhaps making it seem like there was any attack on the school at all.

My eyes drifted onto the bedside table, on top of it were a small note, I picked up the note which says,

'I apologize for not taking your words seriously but I believe in you now and that those dark figures had something to do with you. Meet me in a cottage near the seashore early at morning; it is in the west direction from the school.

P.S. the other students and professors are not suppose to find out.

Professor Dong-Wook'

"Finally they came to realization," thought to myself, without giving it another thought and I got up, slide into my uniform and walked out, I wonder if I should inform Jungkook before leaving, he knows about the darklings being after me, alright it's just a small meet up with the I should better hurry the professor asked me to meet him at early morning and I am already late.

I hurried my way out and crossed the main hall where the lady with specs the in charge of any students going outside of the school, she was busy working on some sort of book up then she glanced at me with a straight look and cleared her throat as I was about to step out, "Mr. Kim may I know where you are off to?" She asked.

"Professor Dong has asked for me outside the school," I replied, she nodded and went back to working on the book, taking it as my cue to leave I turned around and stepped out of the school.

It's been so long ever since I went out of the school border; I walked further and found that outside the magic school everything seems normal with commoners walking around selling fishers and woman washing some clothes and children running around while giggling; it's a small village unaware of the magic around them.

I crossed the village area and walked towards the west direction while wondering why the Professor would ask me to come this far from the school, or perhaps like he mentioned that no one in the magic school should sense that I was the reason behind the attack.

Finally I reached the destined place, the seashore was so beautiful with blue sea right beside it, there is a small cottage near the shore by the end of the landmark probably the one professor mentioned about.

The cottage was made of wood, looked rusty and old, I slowly walked to the wooden rusty door and swung it open as it made a very nasty sharp noise, and inside the cottage was so dark and dusty with small pores which were the only source for light. I stepped further in and called out for Professor but there was no reply, it was so silent.

"Professor?" I called out once again and yet again there was no reply to it, the very next moment the door behind me swung closed with a loud voice, shutting it from the outside, startled I turned around at the door in panic and pounded on it, "Hey! Open this door!"

The darklings popped up from the thin air in all sides, trapping me inside, my body stiffened and my heart throbbing loudly and breathing getting uneasy. "It was a trap" thought to myself, Frightened I took few steps back getting closer to the door.

Another footstep made their way from one of the door that was in the corner of the cottage, my head turned to that direction and hair stood on the back of my head and eyes widened as entered the Lord of vampires, Min Yoongi with an evil grin.

"Fancy seeing you again, Kim Taehyung." Yoongi said.

"Professor-Professor Dong that-that was you?" I said with confusion and
