CHAPTER 8

THE MESSAGE

           Sitting in the car with Jungkook, the ride is going quite so far, none of us spoke anything. Jungkook seems concerned about me as he is looking at me one or the other time, but I just looked outside of the car through the window. My mind is filled with worries, worries about mom. 'Is she ok?' What if those vampires were there last night, did they killed my mom? I hope that's not true.

After a long drive we went inside the house and Jungkook parked the car. The house is weirdly quiet, only the voice of air could be heard. It gives an unhealthy feeling. Me and Jungkook went to the Door of my house and I rang the bell twice, no response. Seems like there is no one inside.

"Mom it's me Taehyung, please open the door" still no response. There is an uneasy feeling telling me something is wrong but than again everything is so damn quiet that I couldn't tell anything.

"Taehyung, I think we should go and look around the house, maybe we can find the way inside" Jungkook said and I gave a sigh. Then I went to the other side of house and Jungkook took the other way to search the way in.

I was looking everywhere, the green bushes around the house, the same small valley my mom planted with all her heart. 'Oh mom please be ok'. I'm on the edge of crying as a tear went down my face. And then suddenly a loud voice was heard.

"Taehyung come here" it was Jungkook's voice I could very well recognise. I ran to the other way of house and the moment I went to the other side my eyes widened. I saw Jimin lying on the grass, Unconscious.

"What happened to him?" I asked Jungkook and went close to Jimin who was been held by Jungkook in his arms. A sudden jealous feeling erupt in me but I let it go.

"Jimin? Jimin open you eyes" I looked at his eyes which was closed. And then I tried to look for any injury but I couldn't find any. What is he doing here though?

"We should take him to the hospital" Jungkook said to me and I looked at him. He is right, but what about my mom. I was here for finding my mother here at the first place.

"You should take him to the hospital, I will be looking for my mother here"

"But Taehyung, you should come with me right now, we will try to find your mom and Jimin is your best friend for god sake" Jungkook said.
I looked at Jungkook than I looked at Jimin who was still unconscious and has some dirt on his face which is due to rain, but then a thing came to my mind which was 'If he wouldn't have left me alone in the party, this all wouldn't have happened' I sighed.

"No, I will look for my mom, you take him to the hospital"

"Alright, as your wish" Jungkook said and picked Jimin up in his arms and went towards the car. I opened the car door and he laid Jimin in the car's back seat. He didn't looked at me and started his car and went off.

Standing in the rain, alone. I know Jimin is my best friend but Family comes first right. I turned around and tried to open the front door of my house, the moment I turned the knob of the door, a click sound came and the door opened. It was already unlocked.

I gulped and my heart beat and breathing increased. I took a quiet step inside the house. Seems like I'm the thief trying to steal in my own house. The house was completely silent and dark. I know I'm taking a big risk, I'm all alone and this can be a trap. I turned the light switch on.

There was no one inside the house, everything was still the same, all the things designed and decorated by my mom was on the same place. The painting hanging on the white wall are still there but no sign of my mother.
