Chapter 12: summer begins

Summer was nice. No school and no work. I was with karma a lot but his parents had been down for a bit until they left again. I noticed a lot of books around his house but I never mentioned it to him. I was really excited for the the summer trip we were going to but at the same time I had a bad feeling about it. It could be something with koro sensei.

A week before our trip we all got together at the campus to train. Bitch sensei acted so high class well she did. Until Lovro sensei came. She freaked out and after getting yelled at she changed. Apparently there were other pro assassins who were supposed to come but they never did reach out. We practiced with guns but I'm not that good with my aim. They discussed the plan but I wasn't paying attention. I noticed Chiba and Hayami. They were doing very well. Lovro sensei came up to me. "You seem to struggle a bit with syncing your breathing." He took out a knife and handed it to me. I wanted to smile but I know I couldn't. Everyone around had gasped. "Lovro she's still a student. You shouldn't be giving her a real knife!" Karasuma spoke. "It should be fine. Her posture and that look in her eye. Guns don't fit with her." He motioned me to throw it. I took a deep breathe pretending that it was my first time and threw it right in the center of koro sensei drawn face. Everyone seemed shock. "Did anyone see how fast she threw it?" Isogai spoke shocked. Lovro sensei chuckled at me then handed me more knives and walked away. 'Of course my old sensei would know me the best.' I overheard nagisa ask him who the best assassin was. "There are only two that can be considered the best. There identities are unknown so everyone calls them by there nicknames. One being 'the reaper.' The other 'angel of hell.' Both have piles of bodies surrounding them. If you guys keep failing they will come sooner or later." Lovro sensei answered. He then lead nagisa somewhere else. 'So every one else can see that nagisa has what it takes?'

It was the day to go to the island. The boat right was amazing but having to deal with a motion sick koro sensei was something else. When we got there we were served drinks. I could tell immediately something was off. Even though it was peaceful something wasn't right. Then it clicked when I took a drink from the juice. 'Poison! Don't worry it could be some idiot wanting to kill us. We've been having a lot of those haven't we angel. Keep drinking the juice. We'll show them that poison can't affect us. You mean certain poisons. It's only like 3 poisons we can't handle this one shouldn't be one of the 3.' I rolled my eyes but I continued drinking it. It could be someone trying to kill me so i won't say anything. Afterwards we continued our plan. One group would distract him then the rest would plan the assassination. It seemed like a very good plan. When it was sunset koro sensei was beyond burned. But we had to focus. After we ate. It was go time. Taking him to a floating chapel I had my gun knife ready. Karasuma suggested it'd be best if I had a knife instead of a gun like the others. Or maybe he just said it cause Lovro sensei kept pointing it out. There was a tv in the middle something mimura had made. Nagisa had checked him and we all sat around or stood around to watch. The video was honestly very funny and entertaining. Honestly koro sensei tried to bribe okajima with popsicles. Sneaking into a womens area. I couldn't help but keep on laughing. After an hour koro sensei was done. We surround him and took off the 7 tentacles. The others shot while I threw the knife. Then the chapel split in two. We surrounded him and shot at him and to threw two knives only two. Since Hayami and Chiba were shooting very soon. And then the two bullets came. A sudden explosion blasted everyone back. "He can regenerate check the water!" Karasuma yelled out. Kayano pointed out some bubbles and there a ball came up. A ball that was koro sensei. "This is my trump card. In this form I'm absolutely invincible but tomorrow I'll be back to normal. But sadly I won't be able to move until then." Another trick he had. Terasaka had tried hitting the ball with a wrench. But like koro sensei said nothing would happen. Karma helped me out of the water then motioned to Terasaka to give him koro sensei. "Oh well with this means we're out of options." Karma showed his phone to koro sensei that had him with a whole bunch of magazines underneath him. He started to yell out for karma to stop but karma didn't and placed a sea slug on him. I laughed as karma asked if anyone seen an old guy so he could drop him in his pants. Koro sensei had congratulated us but I could tell it still hurt for them. We did try so hard but there's always something new with koro sensei. When we got back to the hotel I had a very bad feeling. I started to feel a bit drowsy but brushed it off. It seemed like everyone was down from the failed attempt but they were extremely tired. Everyone had started to talk about it but it wasn't concerning until okajima had a very bad nosebleed. And then nakamura collapsed. Everyone was down. 'The poison?!' Karasuma had then gotten a call. Ritsu had tracked down the caller. Whoever it was was on the island. Karasuma was angry and slammed poor koro sensei on the table. Apparently the hotel top is known for illegal stuff. Karma held me close. To send kayano and nagisa there would be nonsense. There were a bunch of arguments but koro sensei had told us to get into cars and head to a location. It was a huge mountain. Ritsu had dug up some data and saw that this place was the only way we could get in without guards. Everyone was a bit scared due to how high the mountain was. Karasuma had started to consider letting kayano and nagisa go but we all had started climbing. Let's hope this goes well and I can hide this poison.
