In the forest of youkai and dangerous people, the portal still remained, while not entirely intact, it was still usable. Suddenly, it turned itself on.

It led to a building in southern England. A school. Full of kids. But a few of these kids were delusional and the world of Gensokyo was a mere dream to them. One person in particular dreamt about Gensokyo on a daily basis. They had interesting thoughts. And they had a great power to SAVE and RESET the timeline itself. It had been reset several thousand times, due to multiple problems and world ending scenarios. Literally. This person was called Y/N.

Y/N was walking around aimlessly when they spotted the now active portal. Several others saw it too and gathered around it. Another person called Tagashi was standing near Y/N. Some goofy ahh kid called James was there too, but nobody cares about him.

That random goofy ahh kid called James was standing unnecessary close to Y/N and F/N.

Y/N attempted to approach the portal, but just before they got there, a tiny flower appeared.

"Howdy!" it said.

Y/N sighed.

"Really not the time, Flowey."

"B—but look! I have friendliness pellets!"

"Nobody wants that."

"Fine. But I'll be back!"

After a few seconds of dead silence, Y/N decided to go into the portal.

Back in Gensokyo...

Flandre was walking through the forest in the night. She was holding her teddy bear Kagome and was whispering to herself.

Suddenly, there was a rustling in the leaves.

"Who's there?" she quickly turned around.

"I should have expected to see you here..." a voice came.

Cirno stepped out from the trees, laughing.

"Did I scare you? Did I scare you?" she said excitedly.

"...no."

"Aw. I thought I did... But now! The real threat!" she pointed to a spot in the ground. A small, fluffy cat wandered out and fell asleep on the floor.

"A cat?"

"Yeah! Isn't it scary?!"

"No."

Suddenly, Sakuya came running in.

"Ah, Cat! There you are!"

She picked the cat up and left again.

Marisa ran into the two of them, out of breath.

"There's a... boy." she said, exhausted.

Sure enough, Y/N was indeed standing around, just looking at the scenery. The portal was in the same forest, so they'd probably run into each other. And, sure enough, they did.
