Chapter 27: Peace Again

After all that with the pink girl and that blob thing blew over, everything was normal for several weeks. Flandre and Y/N were bonding very well, and had secretly fallen in love. They were both in the basement together, lying on the bed, when they began talking.

"Hey," she said, "this feels nice. Lying here with you makes me feel... happy. Like everything's going to be ok when I'm by your side. Like everything I could possibly want is with me right here. I would never do anything to hurt you."

She cutely turned to them and smiled. Y/N smiled back. They hugged for a while.

"Do you want to... get into bed and cuddle some more?" she asked.

"That sounds... perfect." Y/N responded.

She sighed a sigh of happiness.

"I love it here." Y/N said. "It's so much more peaceful than back home. No war, no politics, no denominations, it's like... it's perfect."

Flandre continued hugging them.

"It's very peaceful here as well. After the last incident, everything seems to be going back to normal. Hopefully it stays that way." she said.

Back up in the mansion, peace was also spreading throughout. Like every problem had sorted itself out, and all had finally been done. Sakuya and Remilia were also hugging each other, sitting at a table just outside in the garden. Meiling was asleep, and Patchouli was drinking tea. Elsewhere, Youmu had forgiven Alice and let her back out. Reimu's shrine had lots of company, and there were lots of donations. Rinnosuke became a more social and lovable person, and all bad portals had been destroyed by Yukari. Friends they had all made along the way like Sans, Papyrus, Queen and others had all settled in Gensokyo as well. Everything was
