Pointy ear, Fili Durin x Reader

Chapter 2- laketown

Ok, so part 2 bcs i have nun better 2 do with my life :)

You had just gotten out of the river.  you were sitting on a rock away from everyone thinking. 'why did they save me?why did HE save me?they don't even know me they do-'  "hey!' a voice snapped you out of your thoughts. you looked up to see the hobbit from earlier,  "oh hello, i uh- never got to thank you for helping me so  th-" he cut you off again "it's okay, you seemed too nice to be a criminal" he said making you smile

"so who are you?" you asked him "i am bilbo baggins at you're se- i mean" he stumbled with his words making you laugh "im y/n" you said as he was about to reply you heard a rough voice speak up "come on we are leaving" said thorin okenshield "but kili! he is hurt" said the blonde dwarf "we have a pack of orcs on our tail, we have no time to rest" he insisted.

just then a big figuer appeard holding a bow. one of the dwarfs grabbed a stick but he shot it. the one you had lerned to be kili grabbed a rock to throw but he shot it aswell knocking it from his hand "do that again, and you're dead" he warned 

"excuse me but you are from laketown if im not mistaken" an old looking dwarf said and after a bit of talking he agreed to help them. once they got in the barge the blonde dwarf looked at you but before he could speak the man spoke up "what about her, is she not with ya'?" he asked looking at you "no, we simply helped her" said thorin "and are you just going to leave her here?" the blonde dwarf finally spoke "what do you want me to do fili?' thorin asked "can we not take her with us?' thorin shook his head no "what if i want to take her?' bard said then looked at you "i could take you back home?" you smiled sadly "thanks for the offer but, i do not have a home. i am but a traveler"

"well. how about a trip to laketown" he asked. you though for a moment and nodded. from the corner of your eye you saw fili smile slightly. you got on the boat and sat in the corner as bard began to move. fili sat next to you "hey" he said akwardly "i guess i can thank you now huh?" you told him smiling "it is no problem" he replied smiling back at you

"so whats your name?" he asked "y/n, what about you?" you had heard his name but you wanted to be nice "fili the name is fili" he said "and that-" he pointed at the brunette dwarf "is my brother kili" you nodded. a while later you saw thorin looking at the two of you. you couldn't read his face. he was just...serious. uncomfortably seirious .You nudged fili and wishpered to him "what's up with him?" he looked at you confused so you slightly tilted you're head towards thorin who was still looking at you. he turned to look at his uncle and waved slightly "i have no idea" he wishpered back to you.

You had been in the boat for some time sitting in comfortable silence by  fili and kili who was starting to look worse by the minute.you had noticed this a while ago but you did't want to offend him in any way. he was starting to get pale and his eyes were turning dark. he looked like he was stuggling to stay awake so you finally spoke. "kili are you okay?" he turned to you surprised "what- i- yeah im fine?" he said fumbling with his words "you don't look fine" you insisted "i agree brother, you look pale" fili jumped in.  that made kili shake his head "i promise im fine,if i don't feel good i will tell you" you still weren't convinced but you nodded

~more timeskips~

You somehow found yourself in a barrel full of fish. yup fish. you were struggling to breath but you had no other choice. as you were starting to get used to the smell you felt the barrel being pushed and you fell over piling out of it with the fish. "was that really necessery?" you asked bard who laughed and moved on to the next barrel wich he didn't get to touch before Dwalin poped up "don't even think about it" he warned as all the others starting getting out.

realising you were still on a pile of fish you scrumbled to your feet and moved to help ori out of his barrel. you had gotten to know some of the dwarves, ori, nori, dori,bofur and bombur. balin was nice to you aswell but thorin didn't speak a word to you. you weren't sure what you had done to upset him so much but you felt bad about it. 'maybe i should have turned bard down' you though as you snuk around lake town and in the water from were you swam up and got out of bard's toilet.

"da- why are there dwarves coming out of our toilet" a girl asked "will they bring us luck?" asked a younger one making you chuckle and smile at the girl as you passed by her. the house was small but not too small. it had doors on both sides and a table in the middle. a bed was at the corner.It was comfortable non the less. you looked at the young girl from before sitting in a corner looking at you and the other dwarves in awe. you sat down next to her stifling a yawn "are you tired miss?" she asked her eyes sparklig "a little but i can manage" you replied yawning mid sentence. she laughed and tilted her head "i can show you to my room if you want to take a nap. i promise i will wake you up if anything happens" you held your breath and nodded exhaling.

she led you to her room and you sat on her bed "thanks" you smiled yawning again "ofcourse" she said and left. you laid down and closed your eyes daggers still in their hiding places. you drifted off in a much needed dream world.
