The marble cold against my back
In dim light
Memories flooded my mind
Been lost lately
My limbs turned shaky
Breathed rapidly
Didn't have enough air to take inMy eyes started to feel heavier
On the ceiling a dancing angel
Cold shivers down my spine
As I thought back to good timesClosing doors
I don't have to remember anymore
Spilling blood
The hope I had, landed with a thud
I saw you
Suddenly appeared and came into view
Just few words
Before everything became blurredBefore I returned to the sky
I lifted my hand to wave goodbye
The color drained from my face
As I slowly slipped away2021.07.13.
