When I thought it's finally over
My face suddenly drained of colour
Because without warning
We were face to face on this field
Yesterday was the last day
Today I was crushed again by the weight
I've seen this before
I know how to put on a show
I'll try to learn from the past
You see it clearly only afterwards
I greeted the feeling like an old friend
Someone who always stabbed me in the back
It was directly in front of me
No way to dodge it
So I let it engulf me
Inside relaxed everything
If I surrender
I might survive this battle
