Brick walls from all the sides
They seemed closer by the time
I accepted it's the place I'll die
But I'll write a letter every night
He hurt me, I know
The candle was blown
His kisses were so sweet
I couldn't feel our love was bleeding
It's still him, after all of this
It's okay, I always give everything
Now he has all of me
But out of us, who has the key?
He tried to set me free
But the sun burnt my skin
Every time I left his territory
So I have to stay here
Maybe I'm not even tied down
But with every step I drown
I made this place a playground
Knowing there's no savior around
The life of a prisoner
I'm in the corner, quietly sniffle
I hope my words make you understand
That I might never see you again
