"Children it's time to wake up!" You took your apron off and headed upstairs to wake up your children.
You knocked on each of their door while telling them breakfast was ready.
"Ms. Cardinal it's too early, 5 more minutes pleaseeeeee." Noor groaned as she covered her head with her pillow trying to get more sleep. You opened her door, walked towards her, and yanked her blanket off her.
"Come on Noor get up you have school in an hour." You folded her blanket and put it on the foot of her bed. "Wake up Connor for me, will you? I have to get the table set up." You walked downstairs and started getting the table set up before your children gets downstairs.
Noor groans and sluggishly got out of bed and went next door to get her friend up. "Connor, your mom wants you to wake up." Noor opened the door to see that Connor is still in bed sleeping.
"Tell her 5 more minutes please, and close the door on your way out." Connor says still sleepily.
"No, get the hell up. If I can't sleep for more than 5 minutes neither can you." Noor opens her mouth and throws some light at Connor.
"AHH! WHAT WAS THAT FOR!" Connor held his eyes as he got blinded by a bright light.
"Stop fighting and get yourself down here, breakfast is getting cold and the others already are here!" You yelled up the stairs. You sighed and shook your head as you walked back into the dining hall.
"Ok kids get in line we need a headcount." You said as your children scrambled to get into a line. You counted ten kids plus the two still upstairs getting ready. "All are here, let's eat breakfast!" You clapped your hands satisfied with your children's obedience.
"Ms. Cardinal, can I stay over at a friend's house today? We have a project to do about Pearl Harbor" Grace asked?
"Grace I would love for you to stay at your friend's house but you know how we all have to be home at nine at the latest. It can be very dangerous and I can't have any of you hurt under my care." You told her sadly.
"How about this, if you all behave well and keep your studies high we will all go on a little vacation to visit other loops since it's almost summer, and y'all deserve a little freedom!" You clapped your hands and smiled while your children smiled and cheered about their hopeful vacation.
"Ok but now y'all will have to get ready for school." You started to clean the table as some of your kids helped take the plates to the kitchen.

Sorry for such a short chapter guys, I was just trying to see how I wanted this story to turn out, and honestly it kinda turned out ok. Today was just a little introduction to your wards Noor, Connor, Grace, Hector, Elvis, Michelle, Winston, Mary, Rachel, Sammy, Noah, and Amelia.
