~Coronation Day~
Evie was working on me getting ready. I was easily an hour late to meeting Ben but fashion needs its own times. My aunt Snow White was already reporting and I texted her saying to not to send the crews to my dorm. I'm even late to meeting Carlos at the carriage.
"Evie are we close to finishing? I'm already late," I say getting anxious.
"Relax! I'm already ready and you're just about." I was wearing a beautiful white dress Evie had designed. I told Carlos to wear some white to match but not too much.
After twenty thousand hours, Carlos, Alex, and I had arrived with Ben and everyone else in front of the carriages. I hop in with Alex and Carlos and take a deep breath.
"You guys looks absolutely fantastic. Don't be nervous. All you have to do is sit there and look handsome. No problem there," I complement the two men in the carriage with me. "Carlos, would you wear my family birthstone ring?" He looks shocked and tries to tell if I'm serious.
"You're willing to give up your ring for me?" he asks.
"Of course. It's my way of saying I trust you and that we'll be together for a long time." We smiled when we felt the carriage stop. The parents all wished us luck and Ben and I began to walk inside. We walk in holding hands and look straight in the middle of the church where Fairy Godmother is standing. We kneel in front of FG and she begins her oath for us.
"Do you, Ben, solemnly swear to govern the peoples of Auradon with justice and mercy as long as you shall reign?" she says.
"I do solemnly swear," he says smiling.
"And do you, Sophie, solemnly swear to govern the peoples of Auradon with justice and mercy as long as you shall reign?"
"I do solemnly swear."
"Then it is my honor and my joy to bless our new royalty-" FG gets cut off. Jane stole the wand!
"Child what are you doing?!"
"If you won't make me beautiful, I'll do it myself! Bibbidi-bobbiti boo!" Jane screams. A spat of magic shoots out and breaks the corner of the glass in the ceiling. Mal grabs the wand and starts running off. Ben reaches and grabs her shoulder.
"Let's go Mal!" Carlos says. He looks at me to see the sadness all over my face.
"So it was you who tried stealing the wand that one night?" I say beginning to cry.
"Soph I-" he starts then gets cut off by Ben.
"You really wanna do this?" Ben says to Mal.
"We have no choice Ben! Our parents-" Mal says crying.
"Your parents made your choice. Now you make yours," I say to all of them.
