They were stationed in the bedrooms of the laboratory: the four who spent the few months there being silent as the other explored the area. Changbin stayed near the twins who he gave his phone so they could distract themselves. It was too peaceful. 

"Daddy?"

Changbin quickly averted his attention to Michi who was smiling. "Yes?" Changbin asked and the toddler spoke, "Is papa okay? Is he going to wake up?" The adult nods his head. "I'll go check on him, you two stay right here," Changbin said and they nodded their heads, occupying themselves with the movie they were watching. Changbin stood up and walked towards where Felix was staying: Changbin's old room. He entered the room and closed the door, slowly walking over to where Felix was laying down. "Lix...are you awake?" Changbin asks as he sat down, his added weight seemed to wake Felix.

The sleeping male rolled over and his eyes opened, his lips curling into a smile. "I am now," Felix said and Changbin frowned at the hoarse voice. They stared at each other before Felix pulled Changbin to lay down. "How are you feeling?" Changbin asked and smiled at the cuddle bug. "Tired, achy, like death," Felix mumbles and hums in satisfaction at the strong arms that wrapped around him. "I would've guessed, but how did you get your electricity back?" Changbin asks and Felix shrugs. "It might've been Seungmin pissing me off with fake stuff about you," Felix said and rolled onto his back only having Changbin pull him back. "So you got jealous?" Changbin said and Felix snickered. "Maybe."

Changbin rolled his hands and placed a hand on Felix's cheek. "I'm surprised I didn't shock you when you grabbed me," Felix said and Changbin laughs softly. "That's true," He said and his thumb gently rubbed the side of Felix's face. "How are you feeling?" Changbin asks and Felix's lips curl into a smile. "Better," He answered and slowly moved closer, their noses touching which caused both of them to smile. "How are the twins?" Felix asks but Changbin didn't hear, his eyes distracted by Felix's lips.

Felix smiles and pressed his lips against Changbin's, his breath hitching instantly at the content. "Answer my question," Felix mumbles against the male's lips. "They're fine, worried about you, but they're fine," Changbin answers and Felix smiles. "That's good," Felix said and slowly moved to sit up,. "How are you?" Changbin's body froze up at the question. "Um...fine, could be better," Changbin said as he rested his arms behind his head with a sigh. Felix frowned and cupped his face. "I think you should take a break, get out of the country," Felix said and Changbin laughs softly. "We have a new enemy, babe, I'm not going anywhere anytime soon."

"Daddy, Papa is sleeping in the living room."

Changbin lifted his head from the computer he was typing on and looked down at Michi who gently tugged his pants. "He's really tired, do you need him?" Changbin asks and Michi shakes his head, lifting his arms in the direction of Changbin who smiles. He scooped him up and placed him on his leg. "What's up?" Changbin questions and chuckles as Michi snuggles into his chest. "Stay?" Michi said and Changbin's eyebrows furrowed. "I'm staying for tonight, yes," Changbin said but Michi shook his head as he looked up. "No, forever," Michi said as his lips formed a pout: similar to Felix's at every moment. "Forever? I'll have to talk to papa."

Michi's pout formed a smile and he nodded his head in answer, snuggling back into the male's chest as he fell silent. Changbin smiled softly and he kept an arm around Michi as he continued to work on what he was doing. The apartment was completely silent of all talking and laughing, Ryu most likely taking a nap despite it only being a quarter past 5. Someone's stomach rumbled and Changbin glanced down. "Are you hungry?" Changbin asks with a soft chuckle and received a nod in response. "Go wake your brother up and we can go get food and some stuff for papa," Changbin said and the shopping adventure excited the toddler who slipped off and quietly ran to wake his brother.

Changbin closed the laptop and stood up, walking over to the living room to observe the sleeping male. He gently kneeled down and pressed a kiss on Felix's head who stirred. "Michi, Ryu and I are going to head out to grab some food," Changbin said and got an exhausted hum from Felix. "We'll be back in a few minutes, you stay sleeping," Changbin said and based on Felix's smile, he seemed happy with that answer. Changbin stood up but Felix's hand stopped him from moving. "Bin..." Felix said and Changbin squatted down as Felix opened his eyes. "Yeah?" Changbin said and snickered at the situation. "Shut up, you're so annoying," Felix said with a groan. Changbin laughs softly and pecked Felix's lips. "Love you, be back in a few," Changbin said and smiled at Felix's soft response: "I love you too."

The two shared a soft kiss before Changbin called the toddlers to meet at the door so they could leave.

The promised time passed and the apartment door slowly creaked open, Felix shifting in his sleeping position before pushing himself up. "That didn't take long," Felix said as he rubbed his eyes, grabbed his glasses from the floor and placing them on his nose. He looked over to the door for his eyebrows to furrow in confusion. "Bin? Can you go invisible?" Felix questions and scoffed at the ability. "I wish I could do that."

As he finished his sentence, his body froze up at the breathing pattern next to his ear. The venom-laced voice caused his hair to stand up. "Amore, who is this Bin?" Ansaldo said and Felix's eyes shifted to look around, his voice increasing in pitch as the male became visible in front of him. "You don't need to know, diavlo," Felix hissed and his eyes sent an electric shock to the male who winced. "I do need to know because-"

"Hands up! And step away from him!"

Felix instantly translated it as his body became pure electricity and it brought him off of the couch and into the open area behind the couch, his hands instantly placing on the table as his legs became jell-O. Ansaldo's eyes fixated on Felix who was panting as he sat on the ground, people with weapons entering the house with the others walking in behind, Michi and Ryu standing outside with a few officers. Changbin focused his attention on Felix and quickly ran to care for him, Felix's body leaning into his as his eyes closed. "Lix, open your eyes, I don't give to flying shits if you're tired."
