"How is he?"

Changbin looked up from his food. "Still sleeping. Michi is watching him while Ryu stands guard," Changbin said and looked towards the hallway where Ryu was standing. "Damn, he has your personality," Chan said and Changbin chuckled with a soft smile. "Yeah," he said and pushed his finished food away. He stood up and began walking over to the 4-year-old "Ryu, are you hungry?"

The toddler looked at him with a smile. "Yeah! But I got to watch for the creepy guy," Ryu said and Changbin squatted down, the toddler hugging him instantly. "Is papa going to be okay?" Ryu asks in a soft voice and Changbin coos. "Yes, he's just resting, I'll watch him while you and your brother rest," Changbin said as he situated an arm under the toddler's bum and stood up, opening the door which caught both of the male's attention. "Glad to see you're awake," Changbin said as he walked over, gently kissing Felix's forehead and Michi's as well before he could complain.

Felix smiled and Changbin gave the two quick instructions. He placed Ryu down and helped Michi down before sitting down. "How are you feeling?" He asks but Felix continues to stare at him. "Lix? You didn't lose your memory right?" He asks and Felix shakes his head.

It was a few seconds of silence before Felix started laughing, Changbin groaning at the playful action. "You almost had me running out in a panic," Changbin said as he tackled Felix on the bed who smiled. The two held each other as both of their high energy calmed down. Changbin's smile stayed on his face as his head rested on Felix's chest, the same going for the finally awake male who ran his hands up and down on Changbin's back.

"How do you feel though?" Changbin asks as he moved to sit back to where he was before. Felix sat up and raised his hand, gently tapping his throat with a frown. "Do you need water?" Changbin asks and Felix shrugs. "I'll get you some, do you want to stay here or go see the others?" Changbin asks and Felix pointed to the bed, the male nodding his head and leaving the room.

Changbin walked down the hallway and the others stared at him. "He's awake, I'm just getting him water," Changbin said and everyone nodded. "I'm going to talk to him," Jisung said and before Changbin could protest, he was already walking away. "He can't yell at me," Changbin said as he pointed at Minho who raised his hands in surrender. "I don't see why he will."

"Why is he not talking!"

Felix's eyes closed into half crescents as light giggles left him, the only noise he's able to make next to laughing and chuckling. Changbin's face was squished into his neck and he was leaving light pecks on every square inch of the body part. Felix managed to wiggle his hands to Changbin's face and pull it to be in front of him. "What?" Changbin questioned and Felix grabbed his phone, texting and showing the message with a frustrated huff. "I know, they said it'll come back in a day or so," Changbin said regarding the first question, "And what do you mean you're going to look for a job? I can look for one."

Felix shakes his head and types something else, Changbin smiling at the male who seemed determined to make his point. "Is it because I protect the city?" Changbin said and Felix nods his head. Changbin gently kissed his cheek and slowly moved his lips down. "They're working on changing that for me because of the family," Changbin whispers into the male ears and Felix's eyes widened, gently nudging him away and typing something new, shoving it into Changbin's face who chuckled. "Yes, we're a family, sweetheart, I just haven't been able to make it official since a few days ago," Changbin said and Felix smiled at the beginning part of the sentence. "When did I ask?" Changbin questions and Felix nods. "When you passed out the first time, they asked me if I wanted to continue doing this and I said I had to think on it. I originally didn't ask but I said I should after seeing how hard you work just to protect them, I can protect them too now," Changbin explained and smiled at the gentle sniffle that escaped Felix.

"Which fact are you crying from?" Changbin asks as he cupped his face and whipped his falling tears away. "Don't cry," He cooed and squished his face to cause a stifled laugh to form. Felix began typing again and Changbin could sense his frustration from him. Felix turned his phone and Changbin read the long message. "All of them, okay," Changbin said and skimmed through the message again. "I love you too, sweetheart, and if you want to get a job, you can, and I'll watch over the twins while you bring the money in."

Felix smiled at his words and hugged him tightly, the male falling backward at the added weight. "Don't have to thank me, honey, as long as you're happy, I'll be happy," Changbin responded and rested his hands on the healing male's bum. "You can choose the happiness of this house because you deserve it, my love," Changbin continued and Felix smiles against his neck, his fingers gripping the male's hair as he choked out a cough.

Felix's voice was hoarse as he spoke but it was loud enough for Changbin to hear and he chuckled at the Italian he faintly understood: thanks to the twins.

"Ti amo, amore mio."
