Felix opened the door with a deep sigh and the twins ran inside, dropping their small backpacks on the ground and taking their shoes off. He followed behind and took his shoes off, walking over to the living room and laying down on the couch; letting out a deep groan as the tiring week ended. "I hate being a single parent," He mumbles into the cushions.

Michi and Ryu weren't in the room so Felix didn't need them to worry about them questioning his sentence. He sighed again and lifted his head, looking out the glass door towards the city. He pushed himself off of the couch and walked towards it, deciding being on the balcony would be nice. He opened the door and stepped out, inhaling deeply as he closed the door behind him, leaving it slightly cracked for the kids to bother him if needed.

He looked at the outdoor couch and took a seat, bringing his legs onto the furniture and he almost instantly zoned out and cooped himself into his thoughts about the past week.

Felix has never been so happy for the last three-years, but suddenly hanging out with Changbin after those long feeling years felt great. He's never smiled, had a decent conversation, or laughed a lot in his life. He missed the male more than he thought he did and he couldn't be more thankful for the kids being so concerned for his happiness, but he didn't know how to tell Changbin anything or express the deep feeling that had surfaced again.

"Papa?"

Felix quickly snapped out of his zone and looked at Michi. "What's up, chi?" Felix asks as he puts his legs down and lifts Michi into his lap. "Is daddy here?" He asks in a whisper. Felix smiled at him. "He is, this is where his adventure took him," Felix said as he eyed the city and Michi's eyes widened. "Really? When do we meet hims?" He asks and Felix's lips purse. "I don't know, we'll have to see though," Felix says and Michi nods his head. "Okay," Michi said and Felix smiles, pulling him close and rubbing his back. "Do you want me to make food tonight?" Felix asks and Michi shrugs. "I don't knows, you looks tired," Michi said and Felix cooed. "You're so observant, chichi," Felix praised and Michi giggles at the kisses he receives.

Michi gives a gentle sigh as his eyes fluttered close and snuggled close to Felix's chest. "Have you and your brother decided what you want to do for your birthday?" Felix asks and Michi nodded. "Yeahs, we want to hang out with Mr. Binnie," Michi said and Felix's eyes widened. "Really?" He asks and Michi nods his head. "Mr. Binnie is cool and he makes you happy," Michi said and Felix gave a small smile. "Does Ryu notice that too?" Felix asks and the toddler nods his head. "Yes," Michi answered and the pair fell silent as Felix snuggled his son with a smile. "I'll ask Mr. Binnie later tonight," Felix said and Michi gave a small nod.

Felix carefully placed Michi in his designated bed and pulled the covers over him, kissing his forehead as he situated a stuffed animal next to him. He moved over to Ryu who had positioned himself in a comfortable lying position, waiting for the adult to wish him good night. "What are your plans for your birthday?" Felix asks as he sits down, smoothing the boy's hair. "I was thinking um...pizza place," Ryu said and Felix smiled. "I'll look into it," Felix said and kissed his head. "Michi said you two wanted Mr. Binnie to tag along."

Ryu nodded his head and a yawn followed before he could talk. "Yes," he answered and Felix smiled. "I'll talk with him, it's bedtime now," Felix said and Ryu nods his head, closing his eyes in hopes of falling asleep faster. The adult chuckled and kissed the boys forehead before slipping a stuffed animal under the boy's arm and leaving the room.

As the door closed behind him, he let out a sigh and stood at the door for a few moments; taking in the silence which made him feel uneasy. He hugged himself and turned over his right shoulder and walked the short distance to his room. He pushed his door open, and right on cue, his phone started ringing. He closed his door and quickly walked over, smiling at the contact name, and quickly answering the call and puts it on speaker. "Hey, sorry for calling so late," Changbin's voice rang through. "No, you're fine, I just put the twins down for bed," Felix answered as he sat down on the bed, scooting until his back rested against the headrest. "Mhm, is it easy putting them to sleep?" Changbin asks and Felix shrugged. "It depends, they've been getting worn out really quickly because of their daycare and wanting to go to the playground a lot," Felix answered and looked towards the window.

The two fell silent for a bit as Felix tried to find words to ask the question. Eventually, he did. "Changbin?" Felix questions and a tired hum came through the speakers, "Michi and Ryu wanted you to join them for their birthday." Changbin seemed to shift around in whatever he was laying in for a few seconds before answering, "I'd like that. They're fun to be around." Felix smiles at the answer and felt a small bit of weight lift off of his shoulder. "Awesome, I'll tell them tomorrow," Felix said and glanced at the alarm clock, but Changbin beat him to the concerned sentence. "I'll let you get ready for bed, you have work tomorrow," Changbin said and Felix frowned. "Okay, I'll talk to you soon," He said and Changbin hummed in agreement before bidding the first goodbye; Felix replying back and ending the call.

H sets the phone down on the side table and smiled before performing his nightly routine and getting to bed.
