A Restart

Y/n swung from tree to tree, he and Sans were on a mission, trying to earn a bit of fast cash for the moment.

"Hunting for these Mountain Rabbits are hard..." Sans sighed.

"I see one." Y/n said.

He used a magical ability to change his gravity, and he slammed onto the ground in front of the mountain rabbit. It shrieked and hopped away but Y/n triggered his speed and captured the rabbit. He threw it in his space inventory and looked back at Sans.

"Overpowered shit." Sans mumbled.

"I heard that." Y/n clicked his tongue, glaring at Sans.

Sans shrunk back at his gaze and laughed nervously, sweating as he looked away.

"How many more do we need to get?" Y/n asked, wiping his hands.

"Two." Sans answered, flying up to Y/n's shoulder.

Y/n cracked his knuckles.

"So Y/n, how's it goin' with everyone?" Sans asked.

"Great. I think." Y/n replied.

"You think?" Sans asked.

"Conversations are hard." Y/n deadpanned.

"Oh brother..." Sans face pawed.

"Yo! Y/n you did you buy these drinks?" Natsu asked.

"Yes. I bought them with legal, tender currency that was acquired legally." Y/n replied.

Natsu slowed his reach as he was about to grab it.

"Wh-what? You make it sound like you robbed a bank." He said.

"I would do no such illegal thing! That's a dastardly tactic and I always obtain my currency in the most legal way I possibly can!" Y/n defended, he was tense as he thought he had said something wrong.

Honestly he sounded like a fool.

"Oh uhm. Well okay." Natsu shrugged as he grabbed a drink.

"Yes. Okay. Does the legally obtained beverage accommodate your tastebuds?" Y/n asked.

"Y/n shut up."

Sans laughed loudly as Y/n looked down at the grass.

"Oh man, you need help." Sans sighed.

Y/n looked off to the side, pouting.

"OH! A MOUNTAIN RABBIT!" Sans exclaimed.

Y/n effortlessly grabbed the rabbit and placed it in his inventory.

"Hi guys, we're back!" Sans exclaimed.

"Hey! How was the mission?" Lucy asked.

Natsu fell from the ceiling and dropped on Sans.

"AH! NATSU GET OFF!" Sans exclaimed.

"Y/n! FiGhT mE!" Natsu exclaimed.

Y/n was about to quickly say no, but caught himself.

He felt this would be a good moment to form a bond with Natsu and Fairy Tail.

"Sure." He said.

Everyone exclaimed in shock.

"He actually said yes?!"

"Rest In Piece Natsu..."

"You guys tryna bet?"

"HELL YEAH!"
