***Ramya's POV.***

"How do you feel, Kate?" I ask her.

"I am fine. It was just a sprain as Jai said and he fixed it. And now I am as good as new." She says with a dreamy look in her eyes.

"What else happened?" I ask suspiciously.

"Nothing. Well we have to get ready for your haldi. I am going to have so much fun painting your face with it." She says and I let the topic go.

"But don't overdo it." I say and go down after I get Mum's message.

"How is everything going so far, Mum?" I ask.

"Good, dear. Oh you look beautiful." She says holding me by my shoulders.

"I know." I say with a wink.

"Ruha Ji. Just a few more minutes. First we will apply this haldi to Reyansh then give it to you for Ramya." Aunty says.

"Why him first? Why not me? I am already in the color of his love. So he should apply the Haldi which is applied to me first." I say.

"You are not wrong actually. You know what, Reyansh is late so maybe you should get haldi first." Aunty says.

"That's perfect." I say and message my friends to come down for my haldi.

I sit down on the small dias and wait for everyone to line up to apply Haldi on me as per change of plans. Just before Kavya aunty could apply it, Reyansh takes the bowl away.

"I thought my haldi was first, Mom." Reyansh says and I look at him in surprise.

"Yes. But we changed plans and Ramya's haldi would be first. Now put the bowl down and get out of here. You are not supposed to be here, Reyansh." She says.

"No. First my haldi then hers." He says.

"Reyansh! Give it back." Aunty says and goes to take the bowl but it slips from Reyansh's hand and Haldi gets on his clothes and hand.

"Look what you did Mom." He complains.

"What did I do? It was your fault. When did you become such a baby, Reyansh? Now all the haldi is spoiled." Aunty says.

"Don't worry, Aunty. We have more." Zain says and puts another bowl on the table, "Let's get you cleaned up, Reyansh till then Bhabhi Jaan can get haldi then you can. You should be colored in her love rather than the other way around."

"Listen to your friend." Aunty says tugging at Reyansh's ear a little.

"Okay. I will get cleaned up then. Sorry, Ramya." Reyansh says and they leave.

Everything that happened seemed so weird that I couldn't stop thinking about it. Reyansh is not the type of person to create a scene like this. For the past two-three days he has been acting differently and nothing like the Reyansh I know.
