Caro shrieks along with Teagan and Deana, Teagan tightly squeezing her hand as the lights go down.

She felt anxious, but a good anxious. She was more excited than anything. It's been around two years since she last saw this band, it had been torturous for her and her friends to wait this long.

Deana is basically in tears when the band arrives on stage, and Caro gives her a thumbs up as they smile at each other.

As the music starts, Caro's heart felt like it was beating out of her chest. The rush she felt as the show begins is her favourite feeling in the world, and the fact it was happening now was surreal to her.

Calum feels somebody nudge him, and he looks over to see Ashton. "Not to start a conversation as the show is starting, but are you going to make a move before the night's over?"

Calum sighs. "I don't know, man. I don't think this exact moment is the right time."

The music picks up making both Calum and Ashton look to the stage, catching the band members rush onto the stage one by one.

"Tonight, dude!" Ashton calls over the music, ending the conversation. Though it was really only one word he could barely hear, Calum knew Ashton was demanding, not asking.

Calum was nervous. He shouldn't be this nervous just for a show. It was just that this girl was messing everything up, but almost in a good way. He just hated how anxious and awkward it was.

Caro was barely thinking about Calum. She was too mesmerized by the band as they perform their first song.

But when he brushes up beside her, as if he was almost nudging her, she turns to look at him. Caro has the biggest smile on her face, the type of smile she'd only ever have at a show. It made Calum smile immediately.

It was when he grabbed her hand that they both smiled wider somehow. Caro looks back toward the stage, trying to ignore the sparks she felt. Calum felt it as well.

She tried her best to focus on the concert, and not the fact people would think she was crazy for being so into this guy.

The pair are still holding hands as they both dance to the music.

Caro almost felt like she was in her own world. Like it was just her and Calum here, like they were the only two in the room watching the show. She felt stupid thinking something so cliche, but it almost felt like magic to her.

Teagan turns to face Caro, but Caro barely notices. Which kind of made Teagan happy. Yeah, she wanted to experience this show with her two best friends, but Caro was so happy. She couldn't be upset about it.

Teagan turns to Deana, nudging her to get her attention. Teagan nods her head in the direction of Calum and Caro.

"It's so cute!" Deana smiles, shouting over the music to Teagan, knowing the pair won't be able to hear her.

"Right!" Teagan exclaims, smiling back at her.

The two girls almost made a silent agreement to just keep enjoying the show with each other and to just let Caro do her thing. They both knew the other was thinking it. But again, they were completely fine with it, because Caro was happy.

Caro almost felt overwhelmed by everything. She wanted to be able to enjoy the show, but she didn't want her friends to hate her for being around Calum. What if Calum didn't even want her to be this close to him, dancing with him through the show?

All she could think was 'shut the fuck up, Caro. Stop thinking so much.'

She shakes her head as if that would rid her of her thoughts, and put her focus back on the show.

The show was really all that matters right now anyway.
