"I can't believe we go inside in forty-five minutes!" Teagan squeals, clapping her hands.
"I'm so fucking excited. I can't believe we're doing this again." Deana smiles, eager to get inside and secure their place.
Caro couldn't even find words to explain how excited she was. There was the part of her that was nervous to hear that one specific song, but she'd tackle that issue when she got there.
"Then we do it again tomorrow." Caro laughs.
"We're still doing brunch before we leave tomorrow, right?" Teagan asks.
"Oh, of course." Deana quickly replies.
"We still have the show tonight to worry about and you two are already planning tomorrow out." Caro laughs, shaking her head at her two best friends.
"We have to stay on top of things!" Teagan giggles.
"I'm getting nervous, because I'm so fucking excited." Caro tells them.
"No, you're nervous because you're scared of looking dumb in front of Calum while you embarrassingly dance around, and scream,
and cry." Teagan laughs."Hey! You're the one who's embarrassing while dancing. Not me." Caro responds with a smirk on her lips, nudging Teagan.
Teagan playfully rolls her eyes, sticking her tongue out at Caro. "Go back to Calum."
Caro rolls her eyes back at her. "Maybe I will."
"We want you to!" Deana adds, a small laugh passing her lips.
Caro groans, not sure how to win in this situation.
"I'm just saying. I think this is kinda like a first date for you two."
"No it isn't! You have to be asked. I wouldn't want this to be our first date."
"So you would like to go on a first date with him, just not here."
She groans again in response, knowing her answers are what's getting her into this. There was no reason she needed to resist this, she should just go with it. But it's who she is. The second they start teasing her about any emotion she immediately shuts down, she didn't want to talk about feelings. Especially not when she only met this guy a few hours ago.
"It's okay! Maybe you should ask him out." Dee suggests, shrugging her shoulders. Teagan quickly nods, agreeing with Deana.
"Absolutely not!" Caro quietly exclaims, looking at her friends like they're crazy.
"I'm so confused? So you don't want to go on a date with him?"
"Obviously I do! I'm not gonna be the one to say anything! I'm waiting for him to."
"I'm sure he will, don't worry." Teagan tells her, choosing to not make a big deal about Caro actually admitting she wanted this.
Caro smiles, looking down at her feet. She was kind of getting excited thinking about how her and Calum could actually maybe end up going on a date after all of this. Which was insane to her, by the way. She never would've expected this from lining up in the queue.
Calum was in his spot, just waiting for a moment to be able to speak to Caro again. She was talking with her friends, so he just let her be. He was so fucking excited to see her in the venue and experience this show with her.
"Calum?" Caro calls, snapping Calum from his thoughts.
"Hey." He smiles up at her, stuffing his hands into his pockets.
"Aren't you guys getting excited for the show?" She asks, a wide smile on her face.
Calum could just see the excitement on her face. It seemed like she was trying to hold back, but he knew she was so excited to get in there. "Of course. I can't wait. I always get nervous before a show, for some reason."
"I get that. It's like, excited nervous. You just wanna get the show going." Caro tells him, really understanding where he's coming from. There was just something about shows that just made her feel every emotion.
Calum smiles. "I'm so glad I met you. You just... get it."
