23: Finding the Red lion pt2

"I know where the red lion is"

"What's the bad news?"

"..Sendak has it!"

Alex's POV

"You've gotta be kidding me!" Gidget exclaimed whilst throwing her hands up in frustration. 

Tamara has come with the information but we didn't really know what to do next. CIA kept thinking of plans, Gidget would vent out her frustrations and my poor little sister is sitting in the corner scared for the upcoming future. 

We tried contacting the blade of Marmora but unfortunately they were on a mission. We were on our own for this one.

"What are we gonna do?" Gidget asked and I sighed and scratched my head.

"We have to think of a plan and find Sendak" I simply stated but you could tell I wasn't sure of what I was saying.

"How!? We don't know where he is and we can't fight him! I'm stressed out, you don't know our next move, Tamara is traumatized and grouchy and Cia can't even tell right from left now with all this! How are we gonna solve this!" She babbled and I kept quiet not really sure on how to answer it.

Just before anyone could say anything else, Tamara let out a yelp and fell to the ground. We ran to her and helped her up.

"What's wrong?" Gidget asked as we helped her sit down.

"I'm not sure...my head just hurts. They're voices in my head." She sighed out and I gave her a hug to make her feel better.

Tamara's POV 

"Maybe you should take a rest for a while. You're not fit for this." Alex said and he helped me walk to my room. 

"I'm fine Alex I really am!" I tried reasoning with him but being the stubborn overprotective brother he is, he didn't listen. He helped me onto the bed and tucked me in before leaving he room.

"You come back when you're all better alright?" He asked and I reluctantly nodded my head and slowly drifted off to sleep and into one of my weird dreams.

I was in a dark area sitting in the ground. I looked around but it seemed like I was in an endless void.

"Hello?!" I called out but only heard echos of my own voice. With a moment of silence another voice could be heard.

"TAMARA!" I heard and sat uP and started to run in the direction of the voice.

"TAMARA!" It called again but it seemed to grow faint. Before I knew it, I was face to face with a door. Nothing else but a plain simple grey door. Hesitantly, I reached for the nob, opened it and slowly walked inside. Once I was fully in the room I realized that it was my old room at the Garrison. Everything was there, my clothes, my books...even mr hippo. 

I walked over to my dressing table and picked up the picture of my once whole family. Mom, Shiro, Keith and I. It brought a smile to my face but my smile faded when I sensed someone behind me.

"You left me..." I heard and slowly turned around to see little Keith holding Mr hippo and tears running down his face.

"Everyone left me..." he cried out and I started to cry too when I realized all the pain I may have caused him.

"I HATE YOU!" he yelled out making my whimper and cry out even more. I ran for him and tried to hug him but I ended falling down a dark hole and landed on a metal floor with a thud.
