Chapter 8: the beginning of the attack on the umbrella base

A/N: hello everyone who is reading this chapter in this chapter we get to the best part so far of this book but don't worry the story does not end hear I have a lot more ideas for the way this story will go so in this chapter there are going to be some surprises and a lot of good parts in this chapter so I hope yo enjoy it so without further ado on to chapter 8.

As we are on our way to attack the base that has been terrorising out settlement and many others we come across some abandoned houses that are in prime position to loot on our way.

In the first house there is standard stuff like food and water but also ammo for our weapons and some traps as well as some grenades as well.

In the second house there is some interesting equipment such as a welding kit and some tools as well as a electric screwdriver so that will helps us make new defences quicker and more efficiently as well as the standard food and water.

In the third house we search we find a lot of unique melee weapons such as a electric bat and a fire sword it is called a weird name but it is called the Gehenna which if I am remembering correctly it is a upgraded version of the shishkebab as well as some throwing stars and some knifes so this house was a lot better than the first two.

The fourth and final house we search has got a lot of guns such as shotguns, handguns, flamethrowers, smg, RPG and to top it all of in this house is a sniper rifle that is called the sickest name ever, the overseers guardian which is the best sniper rifle In the world.

With the supplies that we have just got from the four houses we have searched I get on the radio and tell the base to come to the coordinates and search for some more interesting supplies because as I was going back out I noticed a few trapped doors but I was worried that the longer we took the less likely our plan would work so with the overseers guardian on me and the Gehenna we make our way to the base.

As we get to a look out spot so that we can see the base but umbrella can't we do some scouting to see if there was any advantage that we could take, as I see four guards walking around the perimeter I get an awesome idea.

2 months into the zombie outbreak

As I am walking around the base that has been our home for the past 2 months my thoughts travel to what happened to our other friends I was really worried that something bad had happened but I was pulled out of my thinking when one of our best sciences called Annette came running over to me she had a huge smile on her face and also she has a gadget on her.

As my curiosity got the better of me I asked her what she had in her hand she tell me it is called the killer identifier it can take the identification of anybody who is either alive or dead and make you look like them so you can trick people I am sceptical at first and say "how do I know that this thing works" so Annette points the small device at me to scan me and then points the device at herself and to my surprise she turns herself into me and she also has my voice and says"this good enough for you" I nod and get excited to try it out.

Present day

As the plan I just got was going through my head I asked the other three if they had there device's ready they nod and me, Chris, Joel and bruna get ready to use our equipment I kill the four guards very quietly because I had just put suppressor on the overseers guardian and nobody suspected a thing.

As we get the device's on another idea Pop's into my brain I run back to the group and ask for Lauren, Sarah and Dina and tell them the plan they nod there heads and the plan is in action.

As we get to the front of the gate I do the salute to the operated of the gate and he lets us in and as we get in the guard on charge at that time is Albert Wesker at that point Chris wants to break character and kill Wesker but he knows how important this mission is so he does not break the disguise as Wesker ask who have you found I say "we found these people looking for shelter also they are prime people to try the cure on l" Wesker nods his head and let's use through.

Once we get through the gates I see Claire and she is shocked to see her friends from the settlement already caught but I do a signal that she only knows I do.

2 months into the apocalypse
Me and Claire have been given difference building today when Claire all of a sudden asks me a weird questions "if I ever get caught and you have to save me and use a disguise how will I know it is you and not the normal guard" I look at Claire and smile and say "if I put my glasses down at you that is how you know it is me because I will never remember to push them back up" Claire laughs and nods at me.

Back to the present
I look at Claire and push my glasses down Claire looks at me and does a discreet nod at me I sign to her to get ready and she nods and gets every one ready.

Claire's pov
As I have just seen my friends from the base come in I was terrified and list all hope that I was going to get rescued but to my surprise one of the guards did the signal that was the one Michael said he would do amd signed to me to get everyone ready I walk back to wear i am held and wake up an injured Leon Kennedy i knew him from school and tell him we are getting out of here when all of a sudden gun fire and yelling can be heard.

A/N: I will leave the first part of the attack on umbrella here on a cliff hanger please tell me if this is okay and thank you for being patient with me and loose concentration on the book and then loose the interest and then I think people won't like this but to anyone who reads this I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
