8:00AM
I woke up to the sound of my alarm and groaned, it was currently Friday and we were heading to Houston today.
We were leaving at 10 but I had chose to get up a little earlier so that I can go see my mama and pops before I head out because they told me to stop by.
I grabbed all my things for a shower and I walked into the bathroom as my phone started to ring.
I started off washing my face as the phone call connected, "wassup"? I spoke sitting the phone up as Kaydence smiled.
"Hey, why are you up so early"? She asked knowing I hated mornings, "I was gone stop by my moms house before we head out". I told her as she nodded.
"You wanna come"? I asked her as she smiled, I also learned in the little time that she loved car rides even if we'd just be going to the store so I always kept that in mind.
"nah, I would love to but Ima let you handle your business cause I'll have us late". She chuckled as I did the same.
"But i was gonna drive, but then Kasey said she wanted to drive, so Im about to fill her tank up and then just wait around I guess". She explained to me as I started brushing my teeth.
"Bet, Ion even know if Ima drive or if they gone drive". I told her not even thinking about that.
"Well y'all need to figure that out, but um, I'll see you at 10". She smiled.
"alright". I told her as I hung up and proceeded to get in the shower.
After my shower I had gathered all my things together, we agreed to take Qua's car only because it had the most space.
"Aye bruh, I'm bout to go fill yo tank up". I said slightly tapping him because he was sleep, he threw his thumb up letting me know he heard me.
I know I wasn't a morning person but these two will sleep until 1 in the afternoon if they could.
I proceeded to put all my things in his truck, which wasn't much but clothes and I made my way to my mom's house first.
I grabbed my key unlocking the door seeing her and my dad talking.
"Hey baby". She spoke standing to her feet and hugging me.
"Hey ma, hey pops". I spoke as he spoke back, "you excited for your trip"? My mom asked, my mama knew I wasn't the biggest fan of birthdays so I know she was more than excited that I was doing something for this one.'
"I'm a bit excited". I told her as she smiled, "well me and your dad got you some things, but you can get them after your first game Monday". She cheesed as a smile formed on my face.
