Matt Sturniolo POV

"Let's go ahead and start on the questions," Nick announced loudly as we looked into the camera set in front of us.
We're filming another car video, and we're going to be reading off this or that questions.
"I'll go first," Chris told us as he stared at his phone. "Okay, this one says glass half full or glass half empty?"
"Isn't that the same thing?" I frowned.
"I think it depends on how you look at it," Nick replied. "Glass half full is when you're, like, looking at a situation and saying, 'Oh, it's not that bad.' You know? And if it's glass half empty, you're being a real downer about the whole thing. Does that make sense?"
"Yeah, that makes total sense," Chris dabbed him up.
"I agree," I nodded.
"I'll go next if that's okay with you Matt," Nick looked at me.
"No, that's fine," I said.
"Zombies or vampires?" he questioned.
"Zombies," Chris and I spoke in unison.
"Yeah," Nick agreed wholeheartedly. "I mean, with zombies, you can run away. No trouble. But vampires? Those things are fast. You turn around and it's just there."
"That was well said," I shook his hand in approval.
"Definitely," Chris returned. "'Cause zombies are super slow. And who'd wanna be bit by a vampire in the first place? But what if it was those fast zombies. You know, like in World War Z."
"That would just be unfortunate," I shook my head with a laugh. "I bet you, Nick would be the first to go in a zombie apocalypse."
"Okay, we've already been through this. I'd die, because I'm scared of just about everything," Nick rolled his eyes. "That's just old news at this point."
"Matt, your turn," Chris told me.
"Okay, let's see," I scrolled through my phone.
But everything I'm looking at doesn't seem to make sense. I don't know how to explain it. It's just that... The harder I stare, the more the words start to move. They twist in different ways and slowly slide down the screen to make them unrecognizable. I squinted harder, furrowing my brow, to try and read the questions.
"Um," I swallowed thickly. "The question is... uhh..."
"Having trouble reading, Matt?" Chris teased.
"No," I chuckled nervously before refocusing on the phone.
What does it say???
"Matt, stop messing around around," Nick stated, rolling his eyes.
Different thoughts flitted through my mind frantically. Why can't I read them? Should I just make up a question? Am I losing my mind? Did I finally break? I didn't notice how my breathing picked up slightly nor the fact that both Nick and Chris's moods changed as they called my name. I just tried harder to read the words. Why can't I read the words? Something is definitely wrong with me.
"Matt!"
Chris's voice finally jolted me out of my panicked thoughts. I looked up from my phone and at him. The camera is turned off, I realized.
"I'm sorry," I apologized quickly. "I didn't mean to ruin the video."
"Matt," Nick said, trying to get my attention.
"We can just skip me for the questions or something-" I glanced at my hands, wringing them in my lap.
"Matt!" Chris interrupted.
I looked at them again.
"We're not blaming you for anything," Nick told me.
"Yeah, none of this is your fault," Chris returned.
"Something's wrong with me," I sighed.
"There's nothing wrong with you," Nick denied. "Just because you're having trouble reading something doesn't mean that you're crazy. We'll just go somewhere and check to see if you have that learning disability."
"Dyslexia?" I asked with an eyebrow raised.
"Yeah, that," Chris nodded. "We can go first thing in the morning."
"Don't worry, I'll edit the video and explain to the viewers why we had to stop it," Nick said. "Unless you don't want me to say what happened, which is also fine."
"I don't care," I replied. "Do what you want."
By morning, I'm driving myself and the boys to my psychologist. They made sure I stayed calm the entire time I was questioned. And by the end of it I was, in fact, diagnosed with dyslexia. The psychologist gave me a list of things to do to help, and Nick and Chris agreed to help me remember to do them. I love how my brothers are so supportive :)
