Third Person's P. O. V
Ellina walked quickly towards the library, they had agreed to meet each other there, she didn't even know how to start even she herself is a mess.
Ellina went to the upper floor and sit down quietly on one of the bench, she always like this part more cause fewer people come here.
She just decided to do homework together, and try to help each other if there is any difficulties.
Rue quietly entered and slumped down on the seat next to Ellina , who advertently look at her.
Ellina smile in a delighted mood, but Rue just ignore her . Ellina continue to write her homework afterwards , Rue cluelessly sit on her seats sketching on a paper, " Have you done all the homework? " Ellina said, " No" hearing the calm reply her lip twitch.
, " Then why don't we start doing it? " Ellina asked with a force smile, " Don't want to. " , " The internal marks are really important, " Ellina remark , " Ummm, " now Rue's nonchalant attitude was seriously starting to get on her nerves , Ellina is not one who has much patience either.
Ellina take a deep breath, and walk towards Rue take the thick maths book out of Rue's bag and put it in front of Rue , making a loud thud as she put it down forcefully.
Rue glance at Ellina , her fair check puff up a little with her emerald eyes looking with Rue. With no intention to back down, her current expression unknowingly draw a smile on Rue face a she compromise and open the maths book that look as good as new.
Ellina was completely unaware that her current expression was anything but threatening, it only make others want to kiss on her red lips fiercely until they draw tears out of her pure and limpid eyes. Rue's eyes darken as she lick her lips, feeling her mouth getting a little dry.
Ellina make a disapproving sound as she sit back on her seat , she bow her head and continues to do her works.
, " I don't understand this, " Rue say breaking the silence after a few minutes, Ellina glance at the algebra question and get up and stand behind Rue and explain it to her with a surprising amount of patience.
Rue listen to her soft voice, hitting her pen against the table and looking at the book with a keen interest as Ellina slender hand pointed on the texts and explain it to her word by word in the simplest way . But, all her thought were distracted by Ellina soft chest pressing against her back when she lean over to looked at the place she pointed at random saying that she didn't understand the part when Ellina asked her where she was confused.
When Ellina went back after finishing Rue don't even register a single word she said, Ellina glanced at the time on the wall clock and take out her phone to recheck it, " It's about time to go home. " and start packing up, Rue found that it had been quite long since she come here about 3 hours the library of the school usually closed at 6 in the evening and tomorrow they had free class so she had come straight to the library. But,feel that the time pass particularly fast today.
Ellina wait for Rue to also packed up and went out together, the school was already very deserted with no students in sight.
Rue pause when she saw Ellina dilly dallying at the school gate, she raised an eyebrow. Ellina is afaird to go back alone at night, the sky had already darken and it brought a eerie feelings along, " What's wrong? " Rue asked her words unknowingly laced with concerns, but Ellina failed to detect it.
, " Nothing, " grandma is in the hospital and she is usually alone at home, she never went back this late. She didn't want to bother anyone to picked her up, and there was none to pick her here too.
Ellina move forward reluctantly, the faster she is home the better . Rue glance at the time, think about how much time she still have left and found that she is really late, but they won' t mind to wait a few minutes more right? She looked at Ellina and offer " I will walk you home. " seeing clearly why she dread to go home alone so much Rue felt that it was simple , the way she glance at the street clearly show that.
, " Why? " Ellina was scared, when those words leave her lips she wish that she could take them back . She really wanted a companion and she just lost one.
, " I still want to ask you something, " Rue reply ," Okay! " Ellina pause shocked at herself, clear her throat and said in a calm tone, " I mean yeah, if you insist, " Rue laugh secretly at the proud little person, not bothering to exposed her.
All the way to Ellina home Rue never asked a single question, when Rue was about to leave Ellina feel a little guilty as she had unconsiderately waste the other person's time .
, " It's already so late. " she pause not know how to continue, " It's a little dangerous, do you want to stay here? " Rue find it a little funny but feel her heart warm , she would really like to know how her reaction would be if she really know her, how will she react? She could single handedly take down 3 to 4 man alone so she had no worries.
But, she enjoy her care and concern. She didn't bother to reassure her , just elevate the situation, " Yeah! I'm quite scared too. When I reached home, I will call you. " she sigh as if she dread it.
, " Wait I didn't have your number! " Ellina chase after Rue, torn between asking her against her wish to stay here or honor her wish.
Rue give Ellina her number , and leaves.
Rue can't stay that long, " I wasn't aware that she live there, is she the granddaughter that granny Hera was talking about? " she mumble to herself as she run .
