ROSEMARYS SECOND DAY IN STARS HALLOW. Not really though, Technically it was Rosemarys first morning in stars hallow. She couldn't really say it was her first day because she got to the town during the day. But it was definitely her first morning and Rory decided to step it up from showing Rosemary around the house and upgrade it to showing her around the town.

"And this is Ms Patty's dance studio." Rory pointed at the building where just now a group of little girls were watching them through actual binoculars. Rosemary personally found it pretty weird and then she saw who she assumed was Ms patty. When Rosemary was looking at all of the kids she must have missed her because she had binoculars over her eyes and was watching the two girls walk. Which didn't honestly make it any less weird.

There's Dooses market and finally there's Luke's." Rory said pridefully. It was obvious she liked the coffee shop. "We should go in." Rory said crossing the road, Rosemary following. "My moms probably there anyway." Rory smiled.

Rosemary completely envied the Gilmores. I mean spending your off day from school at a coffee shop. No worries? It was unheard of in the Rivers house. Even worse having a job and spending your Saturday at a diner. Rosemary had never seen her grandfather take off work even when he was sick. Much less on a Saturday.

bells jingled over the two girls as they stepped into the small Coffee shop. "And here they come." Luke announced their entrance. Rosemary followed Rory to sit next to her in one of the bar stools. "Talking about us." Rory asked her mother.

"I'm just still in disbelief over last night." Lorelei told her daughter. This is what she was talking to Luke about. Rory nodded understandingly. Rory watched in between the two confused. Had she talked in her sleep? Walked? Did she do anything while she was asleep. Now the girl was worried. "What happened last night?" Rosemary asked quickly.

"Okay Rosemary, let me paint you a picture. Every Friday night we aka me and Rory have dinner with my parents. Right?" Rosemary nodded. "Well, I called them a few weeks ago when I had chicken pocs and my told me to wear a mask. Just last week I had to do some extra work at the Inn. No Lorelei, what's more important work or your parents." She tried to imitate her mom. "But! Yesterday i called them to tell them we couldn't come because Rory was having a sleepover from her friend from Chilton." She pointed at Rosemary to make her point. "And suddenly they have plans and she gave up no fight." Lorelei said exasperatedly.

"Glad I could help." Rosemary said happily. She had heard Rory complaining about her grandparents. And then apologize a minute late because she felt bad.

"So what all did Rory show you today?" Lorelei asked.

"Well, I saw Ms Patty's." They all winced. "Dooses market, and now this lovely diner." She expanded her arms as if to point out the dinner they were all seated in.

"I like her. She can stay." Luke decided. Handing Rosemary her hot chocolate she didn't order. She tried to hand him some money in change of the drink but he waved her off. "Free."

Rosemary smiled brightly. Deciding that before she left she would put what the drink would cost into the tip jar. "But, the next bus to Hartford is in twenty minutes so I should be going there soon." Rosemary sighed sadly. She didn't want to leave. The fun she had this weekend was probably more then she had smiled in the past month.

So when both Rory and Rosemary finished their drinks. Rory offered to walk her to the bus stop. They were stopped on their way by a boy getting in their way. Rosemary sighed as she checked her watch nervously. As much as the girl liked Stars Hallow she didn't want to miss her buss back home. She had plans that included her grandparents and the Ballet later.

The boy was tall. Nice hair. He was staring directly at Rory which Rosemary noticed after he didn't acknowledge she was there. "Hay Rory." He grinned. "Hi, Rory's friend." Dean greeted the unfamiliar girl. He hadn't been in start hallow long but he sure as hell knew Rory's friends. But he didn't know her. "Hi Dean. This is Rosemary she's a friend from school." Rosemary waved awkwardly. She really didn't want to miss her bus.

"We really should be going. I have a bus to catch." Rosemary stepped away from the two. Praying to god that Rory would agree with her and they would walk away from the strange, tall teenage boy.

"Oh. Well i was wondering if me and Rory could talk-"
"Well she said she would walk me to the bus stop. I'm sure you two could catch up later." Rosemary tapped her foot impatiently against the sidewalk. Dean was getting annoyed. "Yeah she's right. But maybe we could talk later?" Rory offered. "Yeah, yeah sure." Dean said with his jaw clenched as he watched Rosemary drag the girl he likes away.

"I don't like him." Rory turned to her friend in surprise. "Why?" Rosemary shrugged as she stepped onto the bus that luckily arrived once they had gotten to the stop. "I don't know. I just don't. He kinda gives off a bad vibe." Rory shook her head while the bus driver gave the two girls an annoyed look. "Rosemary trust me he's really nice." Rosemary smiled at her friend. "I'm sure your right. See you at school." She waved once more before the bus driver shut the bus door in her face and she was forced to sit down.

There was only a few more people on the bus. A woman in the back with a baby, A man in a turtle neck with a briefcase and Rosemary herself with her sleepover bag and a huge smile. Best night ever.
