Fifty-one

Hyungwon

I let out a sigh. "What are we going to do, your majesty?" I asked the prince through the intercom. "Did someone take her away?"

"Who would it even be?" He said to me. "Search every room until you can find her, I will be there to join you as soon as I am done pleasing the guests."

All of us were so sure that Yiwon would be in there and it was even confirmed that she was in the waiting room having her makeup done and a whole team of stylists were there as well, they must have worked so fast and kidnapped her in the process.

I am terrified but yet I am so amazed by her father who is also known as the emperor of the Minatozaki empire, the rich always have a way of doing things the way that they want and there is always money laying around for them to use it to their fullest advantage. But I just don't understand why he would want to marry his daughter off to the royal family, there is the lifelong benefit of being inlaws with the royal family and he can take control of the economy, making his empire bigger than it already is.

But there is no need to force Yiwon to marry someone that she didn't want to get married to, she was forced to marry someone else in the past as well and it was to some old man who already have a few wives and Yiwon would only be the third wife.

Mr Minatozaki is a very horrible person and I just wondered why he had to do all of that to strengthen his empire, no wonder Yiwon would rather sever all ties with him than live like a princess. There is no point in living like a princess when your life is not even that pleasant, she is living more like a slave and it is inhumane.

"Have you found her?" I hear the prince's voice and he is running towards the two of us and we shook our heads.

"There is this last room that we haven't searched yet and it is the room that Mr Minatozaki is staying in, he might be hiding Yiwon there," I said to him.

"Mr Minatozaki is not in the wedding hall and the entire stylist team is not around as well." Prince Haruto said to the both of us. "We still have about 30 minutes before it is time for me to make my appearance and we have to make sure that we find Sana by then."

We nodded our heads and we made our way to the guest room and we spotted someone wearing all black and she had her face covered with a mask and she is wearing a cap, I stared at her for a few times before she runs towards me at full speed and I wanted to run away but my feet froze in place, refusing to move.

Is she going to kill me? I don't see that she is carrying any weapons in her hand but the way that she is running is crazy, I looked at the two of them and they are not doing anything weird because I am in a very dangerous situation and they are not helping me at all.

And so the girl caught up to me and instead of killing me, she gave me a hug and it is a warm hug and I looked down at her and then I realized why they didn't stop her. "You are here! I thought that you got caught by my father at some point." She looked at me. "Long time no see, Chae Hyungwon... Is there something wrong with my face that you have to stare at it for so long?"

Yiwon, it is her! She is not some hologram that I made up in my mind and she is here standing right in front of me and she is smiling at me, but how did she even escape? She is not even wearing her wedding dress anymore and she looks like she is one of us.

"Haruto, do you think that you would have to send him in for maintenance?" She said to the crown prince and I am shocked at the fact that she called her by his name and she didn't add his majesty to it.

"Haruto..." I muttered and I looked at the crown prince and then back towards my love. "You call the crown prince by his name? Aren't you scared of getting beheaded or something?"

The three of them laughed and I feel like I am in some kind of simulation, I don't get whatever that is happening right now but what is important is how Yiwon even escaped in the first place. "How did you get out of there?" I held her hands. "Didn't they kidnap you?"

"They did but he suddenly got a stroke and that gave me the chance to escape, I gave them a solution to handle the situation but all I can say is that the wedding can be called off with an accident like this." She said to us. "It is not like they can continue with the wedding with the news that the emperor of the Minatozaki empire has fallen and they are still going to allow the daughter to marry the crown prince."

"Just like that?" Kihyun asked her and she nodded her head. "And you are that sure that nothing like this will happen again? Because I don't think that I can handle it the next time."

"There won't be the next time because I have decided to give up on being his daughter and he is nothing to me, he is going to be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life and his business will be out because I am going to sell it and take my portion of the shares back with me." She said to me and Kihyun. "And I am coming back with you guys as Minatozaki Sana, I am considered to be a legal citizen now and Woo Yiwon won't exist anymore."

She looked towards the crown prince. "I have done everything that I can to stop this wedding, now is your time to shine and be the one to announce that the wedding is over. And you would want to tell the whole world that as well right?"

That? What is that? I looked at Sana with confusion and she told me to follow her and we made our way to the wedding hall where we entered with Prince Haruto and he took the podium while the three of them stood at the side, still acting as his bodyguards.

"I have an important announcement to make!" He waited for everyone to quieten down before he continued to speak again. "The wedding is not going to continue due to unforeseen circumstances and I won't be able to marry my bride because the emperor of the Minatozaki empire has suffered a stroke and we have come to a decision that the wedding is not going to continue and it will be called off."

Everyone was so shocked at the sudden change of events and before everything gets out of control, Prince Haruto tapped his finger on the microphone again. "And there is one more thing that I would like to address, the next time that I am getting married, it will not be a princess but a prince consort. That is right, I am gay and I am not attracted to any females. And that is the reason why I will not marry a female to be my spouse."
