Hermione's view

Walking through the halls late at night was both calming and daunting, my mind drifting to all of the memories that had consumed these halls. Memories of every year being here, and the war. I keep walking faster to get to the safety of my room where I wasn't trapped in the halls consumed by my thoughts. Thinking about what Harry and Ron said, as well as my relationship with Draco. We have only kissed, touching each other skin, but nothing further. I haven't yet gone all the way with anyone before. I kissed Victor Krum in fourth year, then Ron during the war, but I haven't gone all the way with anyone yet. I was saving it for someone special, Draco.

I get to the portrait of Snape, and he is not there. "Snape," I yell out just wanting to get into my room, into my comfy pyjamas and then go into the library reading till I fall asleep. "Yes, can I help you," Snape says grumpily. "I would like to go inside please, always," I say upset. Much to his dismay the portrait opens and I step through into the room closing the portrait once I am inside. I hear Draco in the bathroom with the shower on, and I quietly move to my room changing into my flannel pyjamas, and fluffy slippers. I put my hair up into a messy bun, I grab my wand and pick up Crookshanks. I walk into the library shutting the door and moving deep into the far back of the library. I look for the Tales of Beedle the Bard, I then levitate the couch to move from the lounge room into the library. I sit on the couch and curl up on the couch with the book. Crookshanks, jumps up onto the couch next to me, purring and curling up in my lap. My eyes slowly shut close, and I fall asleep on the couch.

Draco's view

After I made it back to the room, I put my things away before going to have a shower. Once I finish in the bathroom I go to check if Hermione has come back from the meeting. I check the lounge room and find the couch is missing. I check Hermione's room, she isn't there either, and I can't see Crookshanks anywhere. I then see the library door is closed which it normally isn't. I open the door quietly not to disturb Hermione if she is busy reading or studying. What I see is very different, she is asleep on the couch with Crookshanks on her lap and a book on the floor. I smile as she sleeps peacefully. I walk over to her and pick the book up placing it on a shelf. I make sure not to disturb her and gently levitate the couch with her and Crookshanks on it to the lounge room. Once the couch is settled into it normal spot, I shoo Crookshanks off of Hermione and pick Hermione up gently off the couch bridal style. As I walk her to her room she mumbles softly into my chest and slightly opens her eyes, saying, "I want you to sleep next to me tonight please in your bed". I lean down and kiss her head carrying her to my room and getting into bed next to her. She curls up against me and whispers, "thank you". "Anytime princess," I whisper back into her hair as we both drift off to sleep in each other's arms.
