Lunas pov

I was dressed ready for sound check, I tried to cover my love bites with powder but nothing was working, I decided to do the one thing I didn't want to because I knew she would tease me for it.

Picking up my phone I message emily * SOS please tell me you're alone in your hotel room rn *

I just hope she hasn't headed to sound check yet with Oli.

My phone buzzes * where the fuck have you been, come over I'm in room 109 I'm alone *

Thank the Lord she's alone, I'd be so embarrassed if Oli was in there with her, grabbing my guitar, my bag and phone I head to Emily's room.

Before I could knock the door swings open and she yanks me in, " where the heck did you go! Did Adam send you to your room or something? " she looks at me confused.

" uhhhh not exactly I need your help " I say sitting on the end of her bed.

" you've got 5 seconds to explain to me right now " she looks annoyed but she's also fighting back the grin that wants to appear on her face.

" fine, me and Adam argued I drank lots of rum by myself Dom found me he kissed me, we went to his room I blacked out and woke up in his room, I need your help with these " I threw my hair back to expose the harsh red marks littering my skin.

" well I got to hand it to you, he seems eager as fuck with those marks he left on you. I can't believe you fucking kissed him tho and went to his room you dirty dog " she shoved my shoulder whilst laughing.

" it all happened so fast, I don't remember what happened after the black out but I woke up in his bed and he was asleep on the sofa " I shrug.

" he probably thinks I'm a massive pain the arse because he had to baby sit the drunk newbie. " I sigh

" Don't be too hard on yourself it was like the third time you've drunk girl, come on I've got some foundation that will cover those for you " she was pulling me into the bathroom.

We arrived at sound check after Emily helped me cover my marks with makeup which worked a treat, I'm guessing she's done it before.

Walking into the building I felt this heavy pit in my stomach at the thought of facing Adam and Dom, I haven't spoken or seen Adam since I shouted at him last night and well I don't think I can look at Dom in the eyes right now after he told me I threw up on myself In front of him.

Walking on stage whist wrapping my guitar strap on my shoulder I see everyone else is already out here and set up, I knew all of Dom's songs thanks to Adam we practiced together so his music was nothing new to me.

Adam walked up to me as soon as I stepped out on the stage, I glanced at Dom who was adjusting his microphone stand, he was wearing joggers and a hoody, his hood was up and his sun glasses were on his face again.

" Luna I'm so sorry about last night " Adam pleaded at me with a guilt riddled look on his face.

" I should be the one who's sorry, don't worry about it just know I'm a big girl now I can hold my own " I smile trying to hide the fact I certainly cannot hold my own as your best friend had to help me in my drunken blacked out state last night but let's ignore that shall we.

A relief look washed over Adams face as he pulled me in for a quick hug as the drums started playing, he walked back to his spot on the other side of the stage as I stand where the x was marked on stage an indexation for where I needed to Stand.
