It was the next morning and Kion walks up next to Fuli. It wasn't time to meet the rest of the guard at the water hole so he has time left.
"Fuli, Fuli wake up." He said nudging the cheetah.
Fuli grunts and opens her eyes looking at him.
"It's too early." She said turning her back to him.
"But don't you want to spend time with me before I go?"
"Being right here is fine enough."
Kion started thinking and smirks.
Laying his arm across her side rubbing her stomach.
"Kion stop touching me." Fuli said.
"Why can't I touch you?" Kion asked innocently.
"You know I don't love having my fur touched."
"Oh so you do like it."
Then he rubs his head over her side to her neck purring.
"You're really soft, you can't expect me not to touch you."
Fuli sent him a deadly growl as a warning but Kion didn't listen he just kept going.
"Come on Fuli don't act like that."
That was the last straw. Fuli jumps up and grabs Kion's right ear with her teeth.
"OW OW OW OW OW!" Kion said in pain and shock from the attack. "Fuli please!"
"Say it!" She muffled not letting go.
"Okay! I will stop!"
Fuli lets go and Kion rubs his ear. She lays back down closing her eyes but felt Kion lay his head on her neck.
"Kion." She said in a warning tone.
"I won't do anything." Kion said defensively. "But I will do this."
Kion lifts his head to lick and kiss Fuli's neck.
"Too clingy."
"Never said I wasn't."

After a while it was time for Kion to go on patrol. But before he left he walked with Fuli up pride rock.
They kissed and nuzzled before Kion left.
Walking inside the cave she immediately saw Kiara giving her a smirk with her eyebrow raised.
"So, more than friends now?" She asked knowing the answer.
Fuli's cheeks redden a bit and she looks away.
"I have no idea of what you're talking about." Fuli said.
"Yeah right, I saw you to kissing."
Fuli's eyes widen.
"Let's go somewhere private." She said guiding the princess outside.

The two females was sitting out by the lake and started talking.
"Okay spill." Kiara said.
"Alright. It started after when we left after he saw me not in the Lair and you and your mom ganged up on him. I started trying to get answers out of him and that's when he told me he likes me a lot and I told him the same thing." Fuli explained.
"Dating."
"You could say that but we never confirmed being mates. Yeah sure we had some kissing and other things like that but we never said anything."
