One Week Later-

Kion sighs as it's been another quiet day on patrol. Him and the guard was heading back to the Lair and he couldn't wait to see Fuli, or sort of.

He doesn't know why but he's feeling like she's been angry at him. She would give short responses, snap at him when he laid against her, it was just crazy.

Making it to Pride rock, Kion immediately went to his parents and told them everything was the same. Which to them and the lion guard was still odd.

After that he left to go look for his sister and  Fuli. It didn't take long to find them.

"Hey ladies." He said getting their attention.

Fuli was the first one to react. She quickly skipped towards him and hugs him which surprised Kion. He hugs her back smiling.

"I thought you were mad at me." He said.

"Why would I be mad at you?" Fuli asked looking at him confused.

"Uhh, because you would snap at me for no reason and wouldn't let me touch you."

Fuli blinks.

"Ohh those times. Sorry I was just having bad days, you did nothing wrong."

Kion sighed in relief. He thought he did do something wrong.

"Well if you two are done, hi Kion, anything different this morning?" Kiara asked walking up to them.

"Nope still quiet."

Like everyone else Kiara had the same weirded out expression.

"Still strange, I know."

Kiara nodded before saying goodbye leaving them alone.

Not staying there long, they decided to go to the waterhole.

---------------------------------

"I never imagined of having almost two months of peace and quiet." Kion said laying on a flat rock next to Fuli.

"Yeah, it's still unbelievable and would be even more if nothing ever happened again." Fuli said.

"That would be a dream come true to everyone here."

Soon there was silence between them and not the awkward kind. Giving into it Fuli falls asleep and Kion soon was too.

And as they slept, they was being watched by a vulture in the tree.

"Hm, this is going well." Mizingo chuckles then flies away.

-------------------------------------

Ono was flying in the sky doing normal things. It was a peaceful day and since there really wasn't any danger he was going to make the most of it.

Just watching the animals do their normal things except for fighting and being chased relaxed the egret.

Heading over to the waterhole, Ono immediately saw something and smiled. It was Kion and Fuli sleeping side by side.

The sight was actually cute. He's glad to see them finally happy for once.

Flying away Ono was going to check on Bunga and Beshte at Hakuna Matata falls and as he was flying out of the corner of his eye, he saw the vultures in a dead tree.

Usually this was normal but he felt uneasy.

When the vultures saw him they continued to watch him fly by them.

Ono wanted to check on them acting like nothing was wrong but he chose not to.

He didn't know why but he just felt like something is going on.
