A young male lion soon yawns awake and stretches. He rolls on his stomach and looks down at the beauty beside him. The cheetah that changed his life.

Smiling he leans down and starts licking her. She groaned and rolls around trying to get comfortable making Kion shake his head.

"Looks like it's going to be one of those days." He muttered to himself. "Fuli... Fuli."

The feline groans again and opens her eyes looking up at the lion who woke her up.

"Are you going to wake up?"

Staring at him in silence, Fuli let's her head fall and goes back to sleep.

"Yeah, it's going to be one of those days."

--------------------------------

-One Hour later-

The royal family and Fuli watches as the lion guard leaves for patrol. Soon the king and queen left for a meeting with Zazu and Tifu and Zuri was still asleep, which leaves Kiara and Fuli alone.

"I guess it's just us this morning." Kiara said.

"Yeah, how about a nice stroll." Fuli suggested.

"Sure."

They both leave Pride Rock and just looks around to find what to do without being bored.

"So Fuli, how has your healing been going?"

"It's getting there. How about your lessons on becoming queen?"

"I would say it's getting there too. I still got a long way but it's coming along."

"Huh, how about you and Kovu?"

This makes the princess blush hard and Fuli smirks.

"Well?"

"It's going great. How about you and Kion? He doesn't come home really anymore. Anything I should know about that might happen soon?"

Now the tables have turned. Fuli was mad red and Kiara smirks.

"Well?" She asked using her same words against her.

"Okay, you got me there."

The two starts laughing and continues walking.

"But I'm sure both of us aren't 'expecting' anytime soon."

"Oh yeah definitely not!"

And they both continue to laugh. This is really was what they needed.

---------------------------------

"Lion guard this way!" Kion said.

The lion guard runs towards the sound of the problem and soon made it in time. They all came to a stop to see what's going on.

"Lion guard!/You made it!" Two birds, a male and female, said flying down towards them.

"As always!" Bunga said proudly.

"What's the cubba bubble?" Beshte asked.

"Our hatchlings are stuck behind this big boulder in the cave." The mother bird said worried and scared.

"We would've gotten them out ourselves but we can move a boulder." The father bird said.

"Don't worry the lion guard will save your hatchlings." Kion reassures, making the parents have somewhat of hope and relief. "Alright everyone let's see what we can do."

Bunga, Beshte, and Ono nods and they start trying to figure out a plan.

"Beshte do you think you can knock over this boulder without hurting the baby birds?"
