Chapter 85: Elementary Council

Charly Hummed his favorite. Jade walked in, "I've got some news for you" She sat down, Next to him. He gave her the go-ahead. "Well for one, looks like we don't need to worry about the Election, Everyone seems to Universally Agree that we are staying until graduation" He doesn't mind it "And the other News is the Elementary Sector is getting their own Student council" Charly was Surprise to hear the news, "apparently we are responsible for picking the Council members"

Charly looked at his papers. Jade continued her Talk, she knows he is listening. "The structure is will stay the same and Day to day Operations are not going to change, they have a say in the matter regarding Events and Other things..." Charly smirks at that one. Jade chuckled. "So Should I call them all here?" Charly nods, she had her orders and called all the members of the student council to the room.

"You better have a good reason!" Kai said Dragging Hoping in. "Butterfly!" Jo and Angelice walked in. "Well look at you two" kai commented. "You're quick" Angelice raised an eyebrow. Jo laughed. "Very funny" Charly clapped for the both of them. They both smiled.

Alice Walked in. "Sorry my Brother, was Dragging me to violin class," She said dusting herself off. "It's ok!" "Alright everyone, Sit down"

Alberich walked in. They all sit down. He was there to watch the proceeding and to give additional Announcements.

Jade relayed the News to Everyone... Jade waited for the chaos to erupt. "Ok" Jade let go of her breath. "But why?" Hopping asked. "Well you see Since the Elementary sector has gotten bigger and only getting bigger since the Popular elementary school shut down due to Problems with staff," Alberich said.

"So the Head decided to make another council?" He nods.

"It would be too much to handle 5,000 Elementary students and the over 10,000 High school students and each month that number is climbing"

"We are handling that much?" Kai was amazed by the True number of students.

Charly hands Jade a Paper. "Oh, Yeah and we are responsible for the selection of Council members for the Elementary Sector"

They all looked at each other. "No funny ideas" Alberich looked at the paper. "And it looks like Charly has a schedule for us"

The plan is simple, they will post a Notice on the Board, On the notice will be the steps to apply for a survey where each member of the high school council will interview for what their position is.

After picking the Members fit for the job, they are out under trial where they will take over the Seats of the current Student Council, up until the new event Ends, they are going supervised by the current student council members.

Once that has concluded, they are going to be judged, Reviewed, and Rated, By each member of the council.  If all succeed their names will be passed on to the higher-ups, if one or more do not make it. Repeat until it the Slot is filled.

"Charly can't you give us a break? Do we really need to supervise them? They have this guy, and we've been fine" he thought about... It would be nice to get some rest... He shakes his head.

Alberich Approves the plan and just needed to make a few arrangements. Charly dismissed them all. He sighed, Alice walked up to him he looks at her.

"Would you like to go to the milk tea store?" She asked him. He nods, "Hey, Alice can we discuss something later, Meet at the Art Clubroom" Alice Nods. "Will do" Charly looked at his wallet. "No need I'll pay!" Charly shakes his head and insisted that he'll play.

Jade was left to clean up. "I see..." She smirked. "Good luck"

Selection of Council:

It's the morning of a Saturday, and Charly and his council members are present. "Does everyone get the plan?" They all nod. All of them have the questionnaire ready.

Kai was going to have fun with this one. He sat down in the interview room and awaited his first subject.

A girl walked into the room. He had his notes ready. "Welcome... Welcome..." He looks at his questionnaire. 'This is pointless! I should be asking them the real questions...! Wait I thought I am already past that phase!' He composed himself. She sat down for the one-to-one Interview.

"Can you give me your name, age Grade, and section?" He asked her. "My name... I-is Holly... Holly Pray, I am 9 years old po and I am from 4th grade Miss Mall" He nods as he took down the notes. He cleared his throat. "Tell me why did you, Sign up for The role of Organizer?" He asked her, She swallowed her Nervousness. "Well, My Mother Thought it will be a good Learning Experience..." She goes on her Talk about this and that.

He just sits there, Taking notes. This was boring.

Hopping was humming and being obvious as always, He snapped his head to the person that entered the room. The boy Jumped. "Come in! Come in!" Hopping smiled, He was friendly enough.

"You must be here, for the interview! Sit down!" The little boy sat down. He shared in fear. "So tell me your name, your age, and Section"

"Uhhhhh... My name is Bervil Jesti and I am 10, I am a 6th grader in Ma'am Vanqui's class"

"Well-spoken, Mannered, and Gentle" Hopping said. "What?" "Hmm?" Hopping opened his Eyes. "My bad!" "Good..."

Bervil kept his mouth shut.

A little girl walked into the art gallery. "Come in" A stern voice spoke, she slowed and turned her head to face the Lady. The Scary Secretary Lady.

She had her arms Crossed and Tapping the Table. The Little sat down on the Chair, She stared face to face. "Good morning, Give me your name, age, and Section. Please"

"Hello, I am Nile Goldsmith, I'm 11 years old and I am in the 5th Grade in sir Francis's Class"

She took down her notes. "Tell me, Nile, why did you want to be the Secretary of the Elementary council?" Angel put her hands together, she continued to stare at her.

"Well, I feel like I can Provide good suggestions and I can Handle myself well, in the case of written and doing Work" Angelice Nods - she likes this one.

"Ok... Let's see here..." She looks at her questionnaire. "I have a question for you Nile" she was ready for it. "What do you think, does the Secretary do?"

Easy for her. "They keep a record of anything the council does," These weren't the real question, and Nile knew it.

"When then let's continue"

They all began the true questioning. 

Charly filled a cup up with Jade's Favorite Coffee and his Cup with Tea. Charly Drank his tea. "So another thing... We are going to the... I guess the Universal student Council, like the main body since the Elementary Sector is getting it's own" Charly thought already thought they were. Jade shrugs.

Alice walked in with her Candidate. "His name is Huley Bail," she said handing her notes about him. "Thanks" Jade took it and placed it in the folder.

She walked out of the room. Angel soon walked in. "Her name is Nile Goldsmith"

Jo also walked in. "Mine is Urisa Abel!" He said waving his papers around. "Thanks, you are free two are now free to go..." They both stood there. "Weren't you guys planning to go on a date today?"

"Who told you that!?" Angelice asked, "hey, Blame it on Charly and his Golden Ears" He shrugged. He doesn't know what she is talking about.

"Right... A date, we are!" "Shut up!"

"What? It's not like they are going to spy on us as you did with him-" "I told you not to say that" she dragged her boyfriend out. Charly already knew that. He could smell Riley's perfume from miles away.

Kai walked in. "Hahaha... Nothing like scaring Children" Jade cleared her throat. "Right... Right..." He Smiled and handed over notes. "Her name is Holly Pray Kind little girl, I think she'll do great! "we'll see"

Kai walked out of the room. Hopping followed soon. "I'll get ready" Hopping Happily Walked over and handed the notes to Charly. "Bervil! The name!" He said nothing else. Charly shrugs it off.

It's their turn now... Charly has hopes for these young children to be out in the position of Student Council Presidents
