November 23rd, 2015 Avengers Facility, Upstate New York
"Say hi to your aunties!" Laura coos at the squirming baby.
"Fat." Nat declares, placing down the phone.
"Natasha!" Aria gasps, slapping the ex-Widow's arm, "You can't say that about a baby!"
She shrugs, "I wouldn't have said it about Natasha."
The brunette rolls her eyes, "I'm going to talk to Steve and Tony." as she walks off, she calls behind her, "Have fun insulting babies!"
In a tunnel on the edge of the building, Tony, Thor, and Steve walk along side-by-side, with Astrid and Aurelia walking a metre or two in front of them. It's a sunny day, a few white clouds scattered amidst the blue sky.
"The rules have changed. We're dealing with something new." Tony declares.
"Well, the Vision's artificial intelligence." Steve agrees.
"A machine."
"So it doesn't count."
"No. It's not like a person lifting the hammer."
"Right. Different rules for us."
"Oh, come on. You're just salty because you're not worthy, pops." Aria smirks, glancing back.
"Well, I mean, sure, he's a nice guy, but artificial."
"Thank you."
"If he can wield the hammer, he can keep the Mind Stone." Thor declares, "It's safe with the Vision and these days, safe is in short supply."
"But if you put the hammer in an elevator..." Steve starts.
