Forty One - Question

Today was pretty busy with everyone.

My day started as I woke up early to cook some breakfast for aunt and Masaru and then rush out to the gym because someone's already waiting for me out there since we already planned this beforehand.

"Sorry I'm late." I panted.

Draken-kun stopped doing the pull up bar and then gave me a thumbs up. He wiped the sweat off his forehead.

"You're good. You can change first, Delle. Ah. Want to do the muscle training later?"

I excitingly grinned. "Sure!"

So we did some gym exercises and headed out for a quick jog. It was so tense because I've been trying to keep up with him when he's already an expert to all of these.

There's one thing I couldn't forget when Draken-kun and I jogged outside. It's when he stopped by in front of a fashion store.

I caught him staring inside from far away. I realized he's been gazing at the bride and groom wedding outfits. I immediately looked at him and saw his hopeful smiles.

"Draken-kun?"

He took a breath first. "Hey, Delle. Do you ever thought of getting married?"

"Hm—"

"Wait. Let me rephrase that. Do you want to get married?" He asked again.

My brows wrinkled. "With the person I love, of course I would love to."

He softly laughed through his nose as his eyes closed. "Yeah... that'd be nice, wouldn't it?"

After that, he didn't answer any of my questions anymore. In fact, he funnily got irritated when I tried teasing him about Emma. The tables turned and he ended up teasing me about Mikey instead.

The next thing I had for my schedule was self defense training. The part which made me nervous the most because I'd be training with the two weirdest and somehow the strongest people in Toman.

It was supposed to be four, but Yasuhiro-kun and Sanzu was said to be away for today.

I warmed up first before entering the stage.

"You nervous, Delle-chan?" Smiley asked with his usual smile.

I positioned myself, taking deep breaths. "I'll be fine. I'll be needing this since I'm part of Toman now."

"That's our girl," he said, laughing. "Tell us when you're ready. Angry will teach you the basics."

Like I said, it's probably the most challenging part of my day since I lost to the twins a lot and only won once which was totally cool because I managed to kick their faces at the end that shocked them and made them proud.
