My eyes flew open and saw several faces, all dirty and smudged. I shot up and started to back away. But I hit something. "Hey! Calm down!" Someone exclaimed. She twisted sharply at the voice and saw the blind boy. My breathing increased at the feeling of being surrounded. The boy whom I had backed into had moved and a gap was created. Seizing the opportunity to get out of that circle, I skidded out...and backed into a wall. Everyone looked at me, except the one who was blind. I looked at everyone of them.

Max locked gazes with Storm. Storm was absolutely freaked out. "Hey, whoa..easy now." Max said and crouched. She was puzzled by how Storm changed so suddenly. "How come you changed so..er..quickly?" Nudge closed in on Storm and pelted her with question after question. "Who are you?" "What's wrong with you?" "Are you a cyborg?" Questions like that. Max rolled her eyes and cleared her throat. "Uh, Nudge? Back down." She ordered. Everything was silent for a bit. Then Iggy broke it with another question. "What's she wearing?" Fang smirked and Max started to fume. Then she was ranting about sexism and pigs.

I watched in amazement at how they all reacted to each other. The two older boys amused me, they reminded me of my boys back home. Home. I remembered everything now. I had NOT agreed to the quest. But then everything went black and I couldn't control anything. Why would anyone want to hurt such a beautiful...family? I smiled at the thought of family. Continuing to watch the whole group bicker, I kept making eye contact with the little blonde ones. I also kept looking at the strawberry blonde one too, he went by Iggy.

He was explaining to Ig what the girl was wearing. "She's wearing some cargo shorts, with a navy tank top, I'd say it hugs her nicely. Then she has black combat boots. They look pretty sick." He said, all the while blocking punches and kicks from Max. Iggy was smiling and laughing. "She's also lookin' at you man." He said with a smirk. Max huffed at him and all the kids were laughing.

She huffed and gave up. "Oh come on, Fang." Max folded her arms. "I'd say we stop checking her out, and start questioning her. Jeez." Fang stood. "Yeah, I guess." He looked at Storm.

I looked at the dark guy named Fang. "I'll answer anything..." I said strongly. "I am so sorry..." Murmured my sorry ass. I saw that Max looked really confused. Sighing, I closed her eyes and thought hard, trying to regain my foggy memory. In a slow trickle, it came back to me. I spoke up, "Let me try and explain.." I said.
