The bells of the kingdom rang loudly, echoing through the kingdom and the open sea. The bells were a sign that morning was upon us. I opened my eyes to the sun peaking through my f/c curtains. I rubbed the sleepiness from my eyes and sit up, stretching. It was about 5am at this time. "I have an hour, let's see." I said to myself. I packed a bag with all the essentials. I had a Messenger bag that I put most of the things I wanted to take, like a book, a note from the shogunate, a notebook to keep writing in, and pocket knifes of all sizes. They were in a secret pocket to access them easily. By the time I was done getting reading and getting changed It was about 5:45am. I opened the windows in my room and took in some last breaths of the Inazuma air before closing off my room and getting on my way to the entrance of the Inazuman kingdom.
The shogunate was there already, waiting. "Hello Ma'am! Sorry if I am late!" I said apologetically. "No need to worry, you are early." She adds as I sigh in relief. "As from yesterday, let's go over the plan one last time. The main part of the plan is wipe out the vampires in charge." The Shogun started. "While it will be hard to get to the vampires in charge, making a reputation for yourself and see what you can do to get noticed by the Qixing will help greatly. From there, building relationships with the Qixing is absolutely crucial, as well as the people in the city, make a good name for yourself so you can bring back some good news," She added. I nodded in response. "I will do my best!" I respond. "I expect the best from you, a ship just for you will be arriving soon. Goodbye Y/N." Shogun said "Goodbye Shougun. I hope to be back soon." I said waving as I exit the kingdom on Inazuma.
As I walk to the dock of Inazuma waiting for the ship Raiden mentioned I looked back to Inazuma and waved. I was going to miss my home.
The boat arrived in a secret place after a few hours and docked in Liyue.
Hours of waiting we were here. It was a very beautiful sight. I thanked the person that took me and went in.
I was trying to have my guard up but it was so beautiful. I entered trying to not look suspicious, like I was just moving into the nation. I sat down on a bench trying to take all of the new things in all at once. It was a whole different world compared to Inazuma. I took this time rest a little. I took out my book and read a little bit.
As I was reading, I noticed a blue haired male looking at my book. I looked up and waved. He waved back and he was taking a look at the book I was reading before sitting down next to me on the bench.
"Hello, I have not seen you around before, are you new to the nation?" He asked "Yes I am. I just came in from Mondstadt, I heard so many nice things about Liyue so I left my home to come here." He smiled. " I see you enjoy reading like myself! What's this book about? Oh my apologies I didn't introduce myself! My name is Xingqiu. What about you?" He asked. "Oh don't worry about it! I'm Y/N." I smiled back. I need to get close to more people in this nation to make a name for myself so the Qixing will notice me. I thought to myself. "It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance Y/N." He said back getting up from the bench. "Hope to see you around. I can help you settle in if you need." I smiled, nodded and waved as we walked off. Good start for the plan. Next I need to get more known. I thought to myself
