Percy started, "Here's the plan! Me, Annabeth, Grover and Frank will move on to find the Gem when I finally connect with the priomordial council. Hazel, Magnus, Thalia, Carter and Sadie go into Tartarus and Chaos's realm to stop Chaos so we have enough time to acquire the gem and Camp Jupiter will be guarded by the legion, Reyna, Nico and Leo-" "Will go back to his Garage store" Leo cut off.
"But Leo!" Annabeth yelled. "What? I need to go back to my garage store and defend it when chaos attacks" "Okay! We also need to tell the legion be prepared incase we fail" Percy said.
Reyna said, "I will explain it to the legion after you are ready to go." Everyone nodded. "Now some key points on how to survive Tartarus" Annabeth said. "I have an idea. Instead of Hazel, I will go. I have survived it too" Nico told them. "But the sole reason we aren't going with them is because we don't want to go back there!" Percy said. "Don't worry, it is like I have the habit of going there" Nico told him. "What do you mean" Grover said, "And don't forget me. I too had to deal with Tartarus every minute because of the empathy link. When I slept I could even see where Percy is going."
"Sorry Grover" Percy said then turned to Nico, "You are going to tell me all about last year after this, okay!" Then Percy and Annabeth made them follow him to San Fransisco and near a hill. There we saw a entrance with a blue triangle on it. "Ever thought that Labryinth should have been destroyed after Daedalus's death?" Magnus heard Percy ask that to Annabeth. "It just stopped growing" she replied.
"Hey guys, Tartarus sounds petrifying but we will accomplish in the face of fear. There is no holding back, we must save the universe!" Magnus gave a motivating speech. Everyone nodded. "Only if we had entered Tartarus with that motivation, I am sure Tarturus would look less scary" Percy said. "Go on Magnus, it's on you to stop Chaos from coming out of his realm which lies beneath Tartarus. Thalia, Carter and Sadie are with you along with Nico guiding you" Annabeth said.
Magnus followed them inside the Labryinth. They seemed confused at some points but they lead us near a pit. "It goes straight down to Tartarus. You gotta jump in that." "Ready to fall to doom?" Carter asked, Sadie nodded.
"Trust yourselves and each other. That is how you will make out alive from Tartarus" Nico told them. One by one they jumped into the pit. Magnus too did. And it almost made him wish he hadn't agreed to the plan.
After couple of days :-
The pit was endless. Everyone was still screaming but Magnus used his Peace thing to cam everyone down. They grabbed each other's hand. "Brace for impact!" Nico yelled after what it seemed hours. They were about to hit the floor when suddenly the ground erupted and skeletons came out. Magnus and others landed in their hands. "Underworld thing worked" he heard Nico say sleepily. Magnus woke him up because he was their guide.
"What now?" Thalia asked. "Now we move towards going deeper into Tartarus" Carter said. "Be calm and be ready" Magnus told them, "We don't know what awaits us here!"
