Wilbur sat on his floor, trying his best to clean out his mother's old guitar. He still couldn't read the message engraved on the side, it was just too small for him to make out.
He was interrupted by a harsh knock on the door, so he rushed downstairs to get it. He saw Tommy at the door, but one pointed look told the young boy to get back to doing his chores.
Wilbur opened the door, and standing there was a beautiful woman his age with long strawberry blonde hair and a seafoam green dress that went down to her ankles.
"Hello Sally," Wilbur greeted with a smile.
"Hey Wilby. I was wondering if you wanted to help me out later," she asked, giving him big doe eyes and playing with her hands to seem innocent.
"Sure, what do you need?"
"I want to get proof that demons are real, but I need someone big and strong to help protect me during the eclipse."
"What?! No," Wilbur shouted. "You can sweet talk to me all you want, but I am drawing a firm line!"
"Please Wilby? You already said you'd help me. And you'd only be there to protect me," Sally said with a smile.
"Wilbyyy," Tommy whined. "I left my only cardigan at church and I'm cold!"
"I'm sorry Sally, but I need to take my brother to the church. So if you could please leave, that'd be great."
Wilbur grabbed Tommy's hand, and pulled the younger boy alongside him as he walked towards the big white building with purple windows of all different shades.
"How are we going to get in? The doors closed," Tommy stated.
"Father Sam never locks the door, remember?"
The two pushed open the doors, and Tommy raced towards the row they had been sitting in earlier, hunting for the lost sweater.
Wilbur looked to the front. There was a podium where Father Sam recited the sermons written for the people to hear, and a small booth below it for sister Puffy. Then the large statues of the gods, adorned in purple sashes.
First was the unknown goddess of death holding a black rose. There were no records of her name, so no one knew what it could be.
Second was GeorgeHD, holding a small globe. He was said to have created humanity itself, and every person that will ever come to be.
Third was DreamXD, holding a dagger that twisted and warped, with beautiful designs laced across the metal. He was the one who designed the entire universe, and the world around them. And he's the one who tested peoples faith to the gods, and exacted revenge and justice.
Tommy held up the cardigan triumphantly, shouting about how 'he's a big man, and nothing can hide from him.' Wilbur chuckled at his brothers antics, when the church began to dim.
Outside, the moon covered the sun, bathing the world in darkness and a faint red light.
Tommy whimpered in fear, trying his best to keep his emotions in. The only thing he could display was bravery, like Technoblade! Techno was never scared, so why should he be?
Wilbur noticed his younger brothers distress, and began to walk over towards him.
He had the feeling of impending doom, and it only got worse with each step he took. It was like something terrible was going to happen.
A few steps away from Tommy, Wilbur heard a dark chuckle echo throughout the room.
