A few days passed, and Technoblade had helped Wilbur start walking again.  And oddly enough, there was no word from Jschlatt.

Wilbur had conflicted feelings about that.  He was happy to distance himself from the fucking devil, but he also missed him, in an odd way.

Yes, he knew the demon constantly threatened his brothers lives and his own, and to him Wilbur was a mere plaything.  Yet he held Wilbur so gently, like the smallest squeeze would shatter him like glass.

Not even Sally acted that way toward him.  Was it possibly a sign of intamacy?  Or was he just reading into it too much?

That was probably it.  Besides, Jschlatt often told him that he was just a worthless mortal.

There was a knock on the door, and an excited shout from Tommy that he would get it.

Then a terrified shriek.

Wilbur jumped up and ran downstairs, even though it hurt to.  Technoblade was already standing there, holding a shaking Tommy close.  In the doorway stood a human looking Jschlatt, with jeans and a blue sweater instead of the usual suit.

"That's him!  That's the devil!  He tried to kill me and Wilbur," Tommy shouted fearfully.

"I'm sorry, there must be a misunderstanding of some sort, I'm Jonathan Schlatt, I'm a friend of Wilbur's."

"Tommy, settle down," Techno said, very annoyed.

"Oh, hey Jonathan," Wilbur said.

He tried to sound as convincing as possible, even though he was extremely confused.  Why on earth was Jschlatt on his doorstep, as a human?

"Oh, hey Wilby.  It's always a pleasure to see you."

"Hey Wilbur, can you and this guy go somewhere... not here?  He's messing with Tommy's head," Techno explained.

"Yeah, sure.  Just let me grab my bag."

Wilbur ran up to his room and grabbed a messenger bag, and ran back downstairs.  He grabbed Jschlatt's hand and dragged him away, trying to get away from Tommy.

"Aw, holding my hand?  Seems kinda gay," Jschlatt teased.

Wilbur immediately let go, his face heating up.

"Why are you here," he asked.

"Eh.  I want you to show me around the mortal realm.  I haven't explored in a long time.  So take me somewhere," Jschlatt demanded.

"Let me guess, if I don't, you'll kill my brothers."

"Exactly!"

"And where did you get the name Jonathan Schlatt from?"

"Jschlatt stands for something Wilby."

"Is it even your real name," Wilbur asked.

"No."

"Then what is your name?"

"I... can't understand that," Wilbur admitted.

"You will," Jschlatt said, in a very ominous way.  "Now, don't you have places to take me?"

"Right.  Follow me," Wilbur said.

He began to walk in the direction of the village square when a hand intertwined with his.  His face heated up with an evident blush.

"I knew it, you are gay," Jschlatt said excitedly.
