"Derek!" He heard Meredith yell from upstairs

"Hey, what's wrong?" Derek frowned as he entered their bedroom

"What do you think?" Meredith asked as she showed him a few pairs of outfits she had picked out for their baby to wear her first days

"She'll be so beautiful" He smiled and walked towards her to take a better look "I really love this one" He chuckled as he pointed at a onesie that had a ferry boat on it

"That was what I thought when I ordered it online" Meredith chuckled and leaned in his arms but felt her stomach hurting again as she was almost due "I have to sit for a moment, she's beating me up" Meredith laughed

"Take it easy for mommy, will you?" Derek ran his hand over her stomach

"Thanks. Keep talking to her" Meredith sighed as she felt her daughter calming down

"Hi bean, daddy here. I just wanna tell you how much I love you. And how much mommy loves you, and your auntie Amy and uncle Mark, even if he's an ass" Derek chuckled but felt Meredith hit his head "Aww!"

"Language!" Meredith said sternly

"Sorry baby" Derek chuckled "And nana.. She loves you so much as well" Derek ran his hand over Meredith's stomach and saw her eyes were softly closing "Take a nap, I'll stay with you"

"Lay with me" She muttered as she let go of the pregnancy pillow and used him instead

He kept brushing his hand over her hair until she had fallen asleep

"Mommy can't hear about this but we're gonna spoil you" Derek chuckled "Your mommy and I are gonna do everything to make you happy. Everything" Derek said before laying down with Meredith and enjoying the chance to take a nap as well, he had to go to work in a few hours so a nap was nice

"Amelia, can you come help for a minute?" Carolyn asked as she and Meredith were folding laundry

"Yes, mommy?" Amelia ran towards them

"Can you help Meredith? I'm gonna get some stuff out of the basement" Carolyn asked

"Of course" Amelia giggled and took a seat next to Meredith "Can I feel?" She asked as the girl loved feeling her little niece kick

"Of course" Meredith smiled and grabbed Amelia's hand. "Do you feel her? She's saying 'Hi aunty Amy" Meredith smiled

"I can't wait to see her" Amelia smiled "I hope she'll look like you" Amelia smiled

"Maybe she'll look like Derek, or like you" Meredith smiled "You'll be an awesome aunt, Amy" Meredith smiled and opened her arm for the girl to embrace her in a hug

"I can't wait to play with her" Amelia giggled

"That will take a bit but maybe in a week you'll be able to hold her in your arms" Meredith smiled and ran her hand over her stomach

"Come on, Mer! I need to show you something!" Amelia pulled at Meredith's arm

"Slow, Amy" Meredith reminded her as she walked up the stairs

"Here!" Amelia didn't slow down and led Meredith to her bedroom. She got out a few boxes and smiled "Your baby can always play with all my toys!" Amelia promised "All my dolls, all the other stuff I have" Amelia showed all her toys "But she will need to be carefull, I don't want things to break" Amelia quietly added

"I promise she will have to be careful" Meredith assured Amelia

"Okay" Amelia smiled "I'm so happy you live here. I always wanted a sister!" Amelia hugged Meredith tightly

"I'm happy you guys let me stay here" Meredith breathed and wrapped his arms around the girl

"Amelia? Meredith?" They heard Carolyn call out for them

"We're coming!" Amelia yelled and ran downstairs

Meredith giggled and slowly stood up, sighing as her heavy stomach made her wanna sit down again

"Slow, honey" Meredith heard Carolyn laugh as Amelia was in overdrive again

"She just wanted to show me her toys, she wants the baby to feel welcome" Meredith smiled but winced as she felt her stomach contracting

"Sit down, honey. You need to take it easy these final days" Carolyn ordered and helped Meredith sit down on the couch when Mark walked inside

"Hey guys!" He smiled as he walked inside and hung up his jacket

"Markie!" Amelia ran towards him and pulled him in for a hug

"Hey munchkin" Mark laughed "Mer, I got something for you!" He smiled and gave her a bag with McDonalds

"Oh-" She started tearing up "You're the best" She smiled at him, stood up and hugged him

"Go eat your food" He laughed and walked over to Carolyn to say hello

"Hi guys" Derek walked inside a minute later "You" He chuckled as he saw Meredith eating a cheeseburger

"Hi" She giggled as she took another bite "Mark's the best"

"Hey!" He laughed and walked over to her, kissing her lips softly

"Baby wants her daddy" Meredith smirked as Derek kissed her lips but felt a kick

"Wait a minute, let me say hi to your momma first" Derek chuckled and stroke his hand over her stomach

"Auntie Amy showed her all the toys she can play with once she's old enough" Meredith smiled as her fingers went through Derek's curls

"Auntie Amy is the best" Derek smiled and saw his sister smiling

"Mommy, did you hear?" Amelia jumped up and down

"I did, baby" Carolyn chuckled "Let's give them some time, do you wanna help me clean up the kitchen?"

"Okay" Amelia sighed

Mark was laughing with Amy's reaction when Carolyn turned around and spoke up "Come on, Mark. Maybe you can help as well"

"Hey baby. Did you hear that? All these people can't wait to meet you, they're our family" Derek said as he held his head on top of Meredith's stomach
