Ch.5

Y/n POV (⚠️drug abuse and accidental overdose ⚠️)
A month later.

I was healed up and felt a lot better except for the depression that was still there.

Nezu had let me stay in school so I can graduate and Aizawa let me keep my license saying even when badly injured and not working I'm still a hero. It made me happy hearing that but it didn't last long.

I noticed that my two best friends had grown distant more interested in each other. Every time we hung out I was just the third wheel.

Do to that I was by myself. I knew Ochaco liked him but I thought she was to shy to say anything. I wasn't mad or anything I just wanted them to at least notice me.

My parents were fighting more and I was just tired of everything.

So tired that I accepted my addiction to my pain pills. I would take them before during and after school. No one seemed to notice.

My leg and arm are absolutely gross looking.

After class I walked alone to my dorm. When in there I sat on my desk and got two pills out. My hands shaking saying I needed it. I smashed them with a book I had and then used my hero ID to chop it up into fine powder. I experimented with it a bit and sniffing it works faster.

The addiction has also made me more hostile unfortunately. To me that didn't matter because no one talked to me.

I bit my lip getting ready to sniff it. I was so excited that I didn't notice my dorm door open. I leaned over and sniffed the powder off the desk. I then heard a gasp.

"Y/n! What are you doing!" Ochaco yelled running over to me. She pushed me back away from my desk. I pushed her off me.

"Oh fuck off Ochaco." I growled standing.

"What did you just sniff?" She asked and I just rolled my eyes.

"Nun of your business. Why did you even come in my room huh? To talk about how Midoriya sticks his tongue down your throat." I growled putting pills back in the bottle.

"No a came to check on you. Everyone is worried you haven't been yourself. Now I see why." She said and I just laughed.

"Ok what are you going to do huh? Sympathize with me? Get me to talk it out fuck you." I growled.

"When did you start this? You're going to kill your self Y/n." She said and I huffed.

"So who the hell cares you sure don't." I said moving my chair back.

"Don't say that Y/n." She said and I growled.

"Don't say that? Are you serious!" I yelled and she backed away from me.

"You and Midoriya are my best friends and yet instead of helping me get back on my feet you two have been stuck to each other like glue!" I yelled as she walked backwards scared of me.

"I'm not mad about that good for you ok really. Unfortunately for me my whole life has crashed down on me and I'm stuck ok. My parents are fighting more my arm and leg are ugly and I can't be a hero anymore. You two haven't talked to me at all or asked if I was ok. No one has. So who the fuck cares if I'm getting high huh? No one that's who. It makes me feel good because I don't have a life anymore. If I end up dead then I end up dead." I growled in her face as we now stood in the hall way. We of course had people watching us.

"You don't mean that it's the drugs making you say that." She cried.

"Is it?" I growled.

"Y/n come on." Izuku said and put a hand on my shoulder. I brushed it off.

"Leave me alone." I growled and went to my room slamming the door.

But it just slammed back open.

"Y/n." Izuku growled and I rolled my eyes putting things away.

"What?" I growled at him.

"Are you really getting high off these?" He said holding the bottle.

"What's it to you." I said still getting things together.

"This is literally all my fault. Y/n let me help you." He said and I growled.

"I don't need your help." I growled.

"Yes you do." He said sternly.

"Give those back." I growled.

"Hell no." He said.

"Midoriya."

"Y/n."

We stared in each other's eyes waiting to see who would move first. He did. He ran out with his quirk on. I used mine and went in the shadows after him. Little did I know how fast these people come up with plans.

When I popped up in front of him he grabbed my waist and turned me around pinning me against the wall. Bakugo and Todoroki making enough light to kill my shadow. I growled.

"Let me go!" I yelled.

"Kacchan destroy these." Izuku said and I struggled in his grip.

"No don't!" I yelled but then heard explosions.

"No!" I yelled tears in my eyes.

"When did they say she can go in?" Midoriya asked Momo.

"In two days. We need to inform her parents and someone needs to watch over her." Momo said.

"I will do it. It's my fault." Izuku said.

"I hate you Deku." I growled.

"You should already hate me." He said and put my hands behind my back. He pulled me away from the wall.

"Come on up stairs." He said and we went upstairs.

We went in my room and he closed the door behind him.

"Y/n I'm sorry I didn't do anything sooner." He said and I looked up at him.

"So you knew the whole time." I asked and he sighed.

"I did yes but I just thought you would stop." He said and I rolled my eyes.

That night

I woke up sweating and shaking. I needed more pain killers. I slowly got out of bed and ran to the bathroom. I locked the door and I dug underneath my sink and found my stash.

I didn't bother to get a few. I just dumped a amount in my mouth not caring about how much it was. I looked in the bottle seeing that half of the bottle was gone.

I didn't think about it at the time. Until it kicked in. I could feel my body slow down. That's when it snapped. I looked at the bottle and panicked. I know what I said but I actually didn't want to die. I got up and unlocked the door and walked out the bathroom. I looked down at Izuku who slept on my floor.

"Izuku." I cried scared.

"Yeah." He grumbled.

"I did something bad." I cried and he got up.

"What did you do Y/n?" He said and my hand shook making me drop the bottle. He looked at it and got off the floor. He grabbed my shoulders as my head got light.

"Y/n how many did you take?" He asked and I shrugged.

"I don't know." I cried. He grabbed my shoulders and pushed me in the bathroom.

"You need to throw them up." He said and I shook my head.

"I can't." I cried.

I then slowly started to pass out. I leaned against the wall.

"Y/n? Y/n?" He said and I couldn't answer.

"Shit." He growled and made me get on the floor. He made me lean over the toilet. He got behind me and held my head in place.

"I'm so sorry for this Y/n." He said before sticking his fingers down my throat making me throw up. When I threw up he sighed putting his head on my back.

"God damn it."
