I sat in the hospital room still. She hasn't woke up yet and it's been about almost 24 hours. I was of course getting worried but the doctor said it's normal her brain is just taking a break. Today she has a MRI to see if she has a tumor.
I sighed sitting back in my chair. Then Kacchon
called me.
"Hello." I said messing with my pants.
"Did you give Ochaco divorce papers right after she told you she was pregnant." He growled through the phone.
"Yes that's not my kid. I have been using protection with her. If anyone would be pregnant it'd be Y/n and she's not." I said glancing at Y/n.
"Well then who's is it?" He asked and I was confused.
"Yours right?" I said and he sighed.
"No I haven't slept with her at all since the wedding." He said and I was confused.
"Then who's is it?" I asked and he sighed.
"Yours probably condoms only work 99% of the time." He said and I sighed.
"I hope not. I made a appointment to get a DNA test." I said.
"Good you know she's doing it to trap you right." He said.
"Yes of course I do." I said watching a nurse put something in her IV.
"Excuse me what's going on?" I asked her and she smiled at me.
"Oh we are getting her ready for the MRI. I just put some medicine to help us see what's going on and this is to make sure she is still asleep and doesn't wake up while we are looking." She explained putting a different medication in her IV and I nodded.
"Where are you Deku?" Kacchon asked.
"Oh I'm at the hospital with Y/n. She's been so stressed out that the news of Ochaco caused a heart attack which led to a stroke." I explained watching them take her away.
"Oh shit." He said and I sighed.
"Yeah they are taking her to get a MRI now. I've been here all night." I said.
"Oh will I hope she's ok." He said.
"Yeah same." I said looking at the door.
"Fuck.....do you need anything?" Kacchon asked.
"Oh um some company would be nice." I said knowing he would yell at me but...
"Ok then." He said and hung up. I looked at my phone shocked.
I waited for I guess either one of them. Of course Kacchon came first. He walked in quietly and sat next to me.
"You actually came." I said looking at him.
"Yeah a stroke is serious it could lead to many issues even cancer." He said and I looked down.
"Yeah." I whispered. That's when a nurse came in.
"Mr.Midoriya." She said and I looked up at her.
"Yes?" I said and she looked at her paperwork.
"L/n was brought into emergency surgery after the MRI." She said and I stood.
"What?" I said and she backed up.
"I'm so sorry sir we just found a small tumor on the right side of her head. It's a good thing you brought her here right away because it just appeared." She said and I sat down.
"Oh." I said letting her continue.
"Anyway it just appeared and is being removed right away. Tell me does she live with anyone?" She asked and we both shook our heads.
"Ok well one of you will have to stay with her if she gets released. Of course not today or tomorrow should be in a few days before she gets released. We just want to make sure that she is taken care of when she leaves." She said and I nodded.
"I'll stay with her. Is there any idea how it got there?" I asked.
"Well tumors take a few years to grow enough to have a effect so. Looking at her history it might have been from the trauma of her accident years back her episode she had months back didn't help it. That's what the doctor thinks anyway." She said and I nodded.
"Ok thank you." I said looking down.
"Of course." She said and walked out.
"I told you." Kacchon said a hand on my shoulder.
"Yeah." I said.
"Don't worry to much she'll be fine. Besides she knew that this would happen." He said and I looked at him.
"What?" I said and he looked confused.
"What she didn't tell you? She knew it would happen that's one of the reasons why she was on the drugs because her doctor said she might get strokes do to the nerve damage. You and Ochaco where to busy fucking tho I guess." He said and I sighed.
"God I'm a horrible boyfriend aren't I." I said putting my face in my hands.
"No your not you just suck at reading people sometimes." He said and I sighed.
"I mean your here making sure she's taken care of instead of your pregnant wife." He said and I nodded.
"Yeah I guess your right."
Hours later.
We waited patiently until she got back. When they rolled her in I stood. Kacchon was asleep in the chair next to mine. I watched them hook up some things to her including a brain monitor. Then the doctor walked up to me.
"Alright she is all good. The tumor was safely removed and I believe was one of the reasons why she was sleeping for so long. She isn't in any danger at the moment. We are going to keep her for a few days and she should wake up in a little while. Let us know if anything happens. A nurse will bring further instructions." He said.
"Thank you." I said and he left. I grabbed my chair and walked over to her bed. I sat down and held her hand her face wasn't slumped anymore and her hair on that side was shaved with a cut that was stitched up. I sighed and kissed her hand.
"Oh your going to hate your hair when you wake up. Even though you're still beautiful to me."
