While I listen to Diego and Mom talk, I hear the sound of the doorknob hitting the ground. I look over to Diego, only to realize that he hasn't heard it. Walking down the stairs and towards the door, I see two people with creepy kids masks on. They spot me and start firing.
"God dammit, they could have waited till I was ready." I say while, I jump out of the way of being hit. Igniting my hands, I start to throw fire towards them, only for them to dodge it.
I continue hiding behind a door as the gunfire continues, when I hear Diego yell and throw one of his knives, only for it to bounce off the mask of the blue one and land near me on the ground. Looking around the door, I see Diego on the back of the blue mask.
"Cha Cha, shoot him." yells the one with the blue kid mask.
"Get out of the way, dumbass." yells Cha Cha, the one in the pink kid mask. "Come on."
I get up and throw Diego's knife towards him, as he jumps off the blue kid mask's back. "Thanks fire starter."
We continue fighting the two, as Allison and Luther run into the room together. All four of us work against the two intruders. Me and Allison taking the pink mask intruder and Diego and Luther taking the blue mask intruder.
Both me and Allison take our turns with punching, kicking, and blocking hits from the intruder.
The intruder with the blue mask gets the upper hand on Allison, as they begin to choke her. I throw a fire ball at them, only missing, afraid I'll hit Allison.
Diego punches them in the mask, not doing anything. "Let her go."
Luther yells, as he punches the intruder, successfully getting them off of Allison.
"Who the hell are these guys?" questions Allison.
"You're welcome." yells Luther.
"I was doing fine." says Diego, panting.
"Oh, yeah, you really had them-" says Luther.
"Ever hear of a rope-a-dope?" asks Diego, causing all of us to look at him as if he's crazy.
Suddenly the two intruders are back and firing. Luther yells to all of us. "Get out of here now! Go!"
"Luther, Go!" says Diego, helping Luther up. We all hide.
"I lost my gun." says the one with the blue mask.
"I'm going after them." says the pink mask one.
We all hide behind the furniture, when we hear Vanya. "Hello? Guys? Is everyone okay?"
"Hello? Guys?" We see Vanya get knocked out by the one in the blue mask.
"Hey, asshole." says Luther, storming up to the blue mask guy.
Me, Diego, and Allison find the one in the pink mask, Cha Cha, in the kitchen. Diego throws a knife at them, while me and Allison charge at them. Allison takes a punch to the face, hitting the pool table, while I dodge the hit.
