Seinaru's next target shall test his resolve, reader. It shall see if he can handle being forced to face his fears... Will he come out alive?
The party- Seinaru, Honey, Akko, Rika, Kagami, and Tate, look around the barrier. They're in a grassy field that's somewhat foggy. In the distance they see a dilapidated farm.
Tate: What is that?
Rika: That might be where the witch is hiding! Let's go there.
They begin to walk there.
As they walk, they notice that the fog is getting thicker.
Seinaru: We should caution ourselves and stay together.
Honey: Right. We don't know what could happen if we let our guard down.
Akko: Agreed.
The party continues to march forward.
Kagami can be seen clinging to Tate by the belt area.
Tate: Kagami, please...
Kagami: I'm worried your revival has left you...a bit forgetful. And I don't want to lose you again so soon.
Seinaru seems to stop moving.
Seinaru: No... No... Is that you, Sis?
Kagami: No... why...? Why are you back...?
Tate: Kagami? Kagami! Snap out of it!
Honey: Seinaru!?
Akko: Are you okay!?
Seinaru: Tenshi...! Not you...!
Rika: Oh no... the illusions are getting to them!
Honey: What do we do!?
Tate: S-stay calm, everyone! We can't afford to fall victim to the illusions!
Rika: We need to snap Seinaru and Kagami out of this funk quick!
Akko: Right, since Seinaru's important...
Seinaru: You can't leave me... not like Mom and Dad...
Honey: Seinaru, wake up...! This isn't real! It's an illusion!
Kagami: Stay away! You already killed Tate! Get out of my sight!
Tate: Kagami, listen! It's not real! It's just a trick!
As the group tries to bring Seinaru and Kagami to their senses, Rika noticed two scarecrows wielding scythes, known as Fearstraws, approaching them.
Rika: gasp Familiars...!
Seinaru: I don't want you to leave me... I don't want to be the last of my family...
The Fearstraws get closer to Seinaru and Kagami, raising their scythes.
Tate: I won't let you harm Kagami!
Tate gets in front of her with his shield.
Rika: Don't worry, I got this!
Rika uses her magic on the two Fearstraws. When they swing their scythes, instead of aiming at Seinaru and Kagami, they swing at each other.
The familiars end up tearing at each other.
