Bruised bananas and headaches.

Sidearms POV: I woke this morning with the usual notification crazed phone. I didn't even think about unlocking it this time. It was a Sunday, ugh a Sunday. It's just like Monday but the only thing apart from it, the Sun was out today, it was raining and it was chilly, so much for a "Sun"day. I walked downstairs to see my both parents gone, they must've gone some groceries for breakfast, I thought. My groggy eyes catch a bunch of bananas in sight, I was still sleep deprived so fixing breakfast is literally my last priority.

I grab the most appealing (*BADUMTSS*) and I plop myself on the couch, yup, this still is a Sunday.

I was hesitant to go up the stairs to check up on all those notifications, to see if any of the crew members wanted to record anything, to check on her.. Tori. I closed my eyes and sunk deeper into the sofa, hoping it would suffocate me along with it, when I heard my phone ring from upstairs. I snapped from my daydream and sunk back up and dashed to my phone. When I got there, I missed the call, I quickly unlocked it.

"I don't remember this number? Must be one of those random "pay to talk" numbers or what ever" I thought, as I pulled it out from the outlet from charging it rang again. I hesitated to answer. "They're calling again.. it must be important?" I thought this time concerned.

Sidearms: ..H-hello?

Unknown Caller: Good morning, sleepy head!

Sidearms: Sleepyhead? Um, who's this?

Unknown Caller: Albi, It's me!

Sidearms: Erm.

Unknown: Albi, it's Tori! I'm so surprised you can't remember my voice!

Tori. Her voice all of sudden flooded my head and I finally remembered her voice. This is the first time I hear her voice, it's clear and bubbly, not laggy and chopped like when we skyped, it sounded so cute.

Sidearms: Oh! Hey Tori, you sound so different over the phone.

Tori: Different? As in good different or bad different?

Sidearms: Great, obviously.

Tori: Haha, thanks Side. I decided to call you this time, since you didn't reply to any of my texts nor were you online, just wanted to check up on ya'.

Sidearms: No worries, Tori. I just woke up a while ago, ate some breakfast and well lounged around.

Tori: Ooh, well that explains it. I've been up all night! I have great news!

Sidearms: Great news? Do tell!

At this point, that sunken feeling in my stomach came all the way back and lodged itself in my throat. Millions of thoughts rushed through out my head, what could she mean?

Tori: Okie dokes, you know how spring break is just around the corner, and so (INSERT CONVENTION NAME HERE)I begged my parents to take me and well, they said yes!

Sidearms: Omg, your first convention isn't it? That's great, Tori! I hope yo-

Tori: I was also thinking if you could make plans to go as well. It would be a great chance for me to meet you!

I stopped, my heart stopped, it felt like everything in my body just stopped functioning after she asked me that question. I tried to jumble up a string of words to answer her but every time I opened my ,mouth nothing came out.

Tori: Albi? Are you there? Albi? U-Uh.. Albi?

Sidearms: Tori, that sounds like a great idea! I'd loved to go!

Tori: Oh my goodness, yes! I was so worried what would you were going to react! You didn't say anything so I got worried for a second..

Sidearms: Hmm, I'm not 100% I will be able to attend but I'm positive I will try to go?

Tori: It's fine, Side. Haha, I'm already happy just thinking about it :)

She's happy? Because of me? That left a huge warm feeling in my stomach, it felt so nice.

Tori: Well Albi. Save this contact ya' nerd! I'll see you later, I got some errands, I love you.

That's it, those 3 words killed me and sent me to cloud 9. My heart fluttered into oblivion and I couldn't stop smiling. She called out again, her voice broke me out of my deep thought and I couldn't stop smiling! She loves me!

Sidearms: Tori. I love you too.

Tori: I'll text you while I can, you gotcha?

Sidearms: You betcha!

And she hung up. Her voice still hummed around my head like a new favourite song. I couldn't stop smiling. I left my phone on the lump of my computer chair and I flumped into my bed, I squealed. What kind of feeling was this, it was so weird and I have never felt it before but I loved it so much.

I decided to text Speedy and tell him the good news but he didn't reply quickly like usual.

"Busy perhaps? " I thought to myself. I didn't know who else to text about, I was quiet empty in the friend department other than my friends other than the crew. I thought of texting Shadow but I was so sure he wouldn't want to receive a text from me.. Gah.

I laid up on my bed and my heart slowly paced back to it's usual pace and my smile faded away but it didn't completely fade away, it was there but it didn't extend from each corner of my mouth. Instead, it went downward and I felt salty water form around the corners of my mouth, my warm face quickly turned pale and warm.

I couldn't believe what I just read.

Holy heck a cliff hanger!! Hey guys!!! 184 reads and 21 favourites!!!!!!! This honestly gave me encouragement to continue writing more, I'm sorry they're only 3 chapters, I try to make them as long as possible. I'm also sorry they come out pretty late, I'm pretty busy like all the time with school, social life and all. Thank you again for giving my fic a chance, haha!
