Chapter 2: Welcome to the Internet

"Shadow, I should be asking you the same thing?", said Sonic as he saw the black and red hedgehog. "I just used Chaos Control to get to your apartment, but I guess it just brought me here...." said Shadow. Sonic then remembered what Tails told him before he entered the internet. "Shadow I think I entered the portal at the same time you used Chaos control, which means it Brough both of us here.." said Sonic as he scratched his head.

"Blue idiot, you better find out a way to get us out of here!!!" said Shadow as he grabbed Sonic. "Ok ok Shad, bur first, we have to go to Twitter." said Sonic. Shadow sighed in question at the blue speedster's statement. "Ya see, Tails decided to be a dumbass and tweet on how he thinks Sonic Frontiers is gonna be a bad game, so I told him to send me into the internet so I can delete it from existence" said Sonic as he frowned in anger.

Shadow looked at Sonic with an angry and concerned expression. "So the reason we are stuck in the internet is just because you're petty about someone else having an opinion.....I thought you were better than this" said Shadow as he crossed his arms. Sonic started to think a little. What if Shadow was right, maybe he overreacted about this whole situation. I mean, anyone can have an opinion right? Why should he be mad at Tails for having one?

"Fine Sonic, I'll help you get to Twitter, but after we're done, we get out of here pronto, got it?" asked Shadow as he slightly smiled. Sonic nodded in approval as the two hedgehogs grinned at each other. "First off, we need to figure out how to get out of this white void of nothingness..." said Sonic. "Hey Sonic, I see something up ahead" said Shadow as both hedgehogs began running towards a blue light. When the two hedgehogs entered the blue room, they saw a ton of buildings, each colored differently.

"Wow, this reminds me of Station Square" said Sonic. "My eyes are burning...." said Shadow as he saw all the brightly colored buildings. "Greetings new friends!" said a voice. Sonic and Shadow turned around and saw a digitalized being, with dark purple eyes and a green mouth. "I see you two are nor familiar with this place" said the being. "Who the hell are you?" asked Sonic. "I am 'transmitting equilateral cosmic hardware' or TECH for short", said the being. "That name does not make any sense" said Shadow. "I know", said Sonic.

"So TECH, do you know where Twitter is, you see I want to delete a post from existence entirely and I need to find Twitter HQ" said Sonic as he shook TECH's hand. "Sadly, I think Twitter HQ is on delay, you see many users are on Twitter right now, and with you and your friend entering, it might cause a website crash, and we certainly don't want that!" said TECH. "So where do we go then, we can't just stand here and wait" said Shadow. "Well I guess I could recommend going into that door over there, you see if you two get in there, it can attract attention away from Twitter onto that website" said TECH.

The door TECH was talking bout had a label that read 'Crunchyroll'. "Sonic are you sure we should go there? I mean that's an Anime website, I bet you we're gonna see a ton of weird people there, I don't even want to mention the shippers.." said Shadow as he cringed in disgust. "Come on Shad, don't be a scaredy cat, we're gonna be fine!!" said Sonic as he grabbed Shadow's arm and dashed onto the door. TECH looked at them with a very suspicious smile as the being clicked on a button on the head "Mr Musk, they're here" said TECH.

*Meanwhile in Sonic's apartment*

"You know what Espio, you were right, this is getting boring" said Charmy as he started flying around Sonic's room. "Come on Charmy, I know what can entertain us, let's play in Sonic's PC!!" said Vector as he turned on the PC. "Are you sure, it is wrong to invade someone else's privacy" said Espio as he crossed his arms. "Hey would you look at that, Sonic left his password on a piece of paper in front of us!!" said Charmy. "Oh yeah, thanks man!!" said Vector as he entered the password and entered Sonic's PC. "Ok, what game should we play?" asked Vector

"I want to play that Naruto game he has.." said Espio. "Espio that game sucks!! Let's play Roblox!!" said Charmy. "Nuh-uh, those two games suck!! Let's play some GTA 5" said Vector. Just as he got into Sonic's Chrome page, he saw a certain website with black and orange. They saw Sonic's saved videos from that website and started getting uncomfortable. "I didn't think Sonic was into this stuff" said Espio with a sigh of disappointed towards his friend. "We're gonna have to talk to Sonic about this..." said Vector as he cringed. 

Suddenly, the Chaotix heard a knock on the door. "Big Blue, I brought those potato chips you really like!!", it was Rouge the Bat. The Chaotix started freaking out as they heard his voice. "CRAP CRAP CRAP, BOYS WHAT DO WE DO?!" said Vector in fear. "What if you do an impression of Sonic's voice? You're good at it" said Espio. "Oh yeah!" said Vector as he neared the door, ready to do his impression. "Oh yeah, thanks Rouge!" said Vector. "Aww no problem hun, come out of your room, the party is about to start, just wait for everyone to come!!" said Rouge. "Yeah sure, let me just.......finish watching some videos I'll be there!!" said Vector as Charmy and Espio face palmed.

"Ok, I'll see you!!" said the Bat as she left. 'huh, why is that hedgehog acting so weird, he's up to something I know it!!" thought Rouge as she checked on her phone. She then saw something catch her eye, she saw a black and blue dot walking around the menu of her phone, running onto one of her apps. She looked at them a little closely as she took a screenshot. Could those two be Sonic and Shadow??
