Chapter 10: The Final Bout(part 3)

The hand that grew from the shield shot a laser beam towards Amy, Tanjiro, and Shinobu. All three of them dodged at the same time, making the laser hit one of the walls instead. Once they finished dodging that laser, the three managed to get on the shield. Once they stood up, they began running around the shield, destroying it and wrecking it with their swords and Piko Piko hammers.

Lasers were shooting everywhere, covering the sky with blue and purple, the colors of the laser beams. Amy looked up at the sky and saw the lasers, all the destruction that was happening. She felt sorry for everything that had happened to the people of the internet, and was mad about what Elon had caused on the people. Just like Sonic, she wanted too top this before it got too far.

The lasers and hands were nearing up to the trio, and before they knew it, they had to fight back. Tanjiro let back and used his water breathing to break the incoming hands. This reminded him of his fight on the Mugen Train with Lower Rank:1. At first, he was easily able to slash the hands, one by one as they surrounded him. However, as time went on, the tentacles were getting faster and faster, it was sort of like they were predicting everything Tanjiro did. Tanjiro slashed his sword at a rapid speed, cutting off many more hands. Suddenly, one of the arms made contact with the boy, earning his attention.

Tanjiro fought the hand as it shot lasers, only able to cut pieces of his hair. Tanjiro was looking at the arm, trying to predict its next move. The arm then rushed towards Tanjiro. Tanjiro jumped from into the air, and used his Water Wheel technique, doing a flip as he cut the arm halfway through. However as Tanjiro flipped in the sky, one of the arms came up to his face, and sent a laser straight at his face, burning a part off the boy's face. Tanjiro stumbled back as he was about to fall off the shield. Amy was able to grab Tanjiro just in time before ehe fell. 

"OH MY GOD TANJRO YOUR FACE!!" shouted Amy as she saw the boys burnt face. Tanjiro looked at Amy and got up. "Don't worry about me, it's just my face that is burnt, I can keep on fighting" said Tanjiro. While Tanjro got back up to fighting the hands. Amy was being bombarded with lasers. The hands shot lasers almost as fast as Sonic's speed. They were very hard to dodge, but thanks to Amy's nimble body, she was able to dodge all the lasers. While Amy was in her predicament, Shinobu was having a lot of trouble. you see, unlike the rest, she wasn't very physically strong. She usually relied on the poison on her sword tip to kill the enemies.

But, unlike the demons she usually fought, these hands had a faster reaction time for her attacks, even though what she didn't have in strength, she had in speed. Shinobu sprinted on top of the hands and stabbed each of them with her sword tip, killing them with her poison. Suddenly, Amy came up behind the butterfly Hashira and was hit by one of the hands, causing the pink hedgehog to be launched into the air. Shinobu looked up, as she knew she had to help her friend from danger. Shinobu propelled herself from the hands, as she sped up into the sky, trying to catch Amy.

As Amy fell, she saw Shinobu speeding up towards her. "AMY GRAB ON!" said Shinobu as she stretched her hand towards the pink hedgehog. Amy grabbed her hand as Shinobu spun around at a rapid speed. Shinobu then let go of Amy, sending the spinning hedgehog towards the arms. Amy, while holding her Piko Piko hammer, was spinning like crazy. She was able to slash many arms in her way with a couple of hits from her hammer, as she attacked like Levi from Attack on Titan. Once Amy got done obliterating the arms, Shinobu fell alongside Amy, both landing safely due to the squishy shield.

Tanjiro sped up towards the two girls as he slashed all the hands trying to cover his face. Once he caught up to them, he smiled at the two, clearly happy they were ok. Suddenly just as Amy thought she was ok, more hands appeared behind them, shooting them three with laser beams. All three of them rubbed their backs in pain as they faced the hands. "Oh great there's more of them now..." said Shinobu in an angry tone. Suddenly Tanjiro sprung up towards the hands, as they all surrounded him. Tanjiro grabbed his sword and with his half sword, was able to trap the hands into it. 

Tanjiro then used his Sun breathing to be able to spin them around wildly as fire surrounded them. Tanjro shouted as he used more of his strength in order to send the hands flying. Amy took notice of this, as she and Shinobu started fighting more of the hands. Amy flung the hands away with her hammer, as Shinobu poisoned each of then one by one. Suddenly, Amy saw that one of the hands was coming up to her, charging up a laser beam. Shinobu the tickled Amy out of her way, as the laser shot at them. Amy and Shinobu lay on the ground for a while longer as they panted.

The explosion caused by Tanjro had left a fog that didn't allow Amy to see well. However, when the fog cleared, Amy looked at Shinobu, and saw something horrible that had happened to her. The laser beam had caused Shinobu to lose both of her legs from the blast. Amy saw this and began crying in grief. "WHY?! DID YOU HAVE TO DO THAT?!" said Amy as the butterfly hasher consoled the pink hedgehog. "Amy, I'm fine. As long as you were safe, as a Demon Slayer, that was all that mattered to me" said Shinobu as she smiled.

Amy looked at Shinobu's missing legs and then began bowing down in shame. "I could have kept myself safe. You shouldn't have come in. You lost your legs. YOU CAN'T BE ABLE TO WALK ANYMORE!!" said Amy as she began crying even louder. "Yes, that may  be the case, but I didn't lose my life right? At least I'm still able to talk to you right now. I would rather lose my legs than my own life.." said Shinobu as she looked at a limping Tanjro heading towards them. "Shinobu - san....." said Tanjro as he slowly fell down in grief, seeing his superior without legs. "You two are such babies, I'm gonna be fine.." said Shinobu as she began laughing, her two friends crying while hugging her.

Suddenly, the shield began to explode, and Amy grabbed Shinobu on her back. "Amy, I'll take her, don't worry..." said Tanjro as he approached the pink hedgehog. Amy shook her head, "Tanjio it's fine, you're very weak right now, I'll take care of it" said Amy as she did thumbs up, all three of them ascending towards the site with their friends, as the shield blew up, leaving a vulnerable Elon Musk in its place. When Sonic saw Shinobu without her legs, he immediately ran up to her. "Sinobu I'M SO SO-" Sonic was interrupted as a finger was put on his lips. "Don't worry about me, now go and finish him off!" said Shinobu as she rubbed his head. Sonic nodded. The time had come.......time for him to beat Elon. Sonic got ready as he dodged up towards the dragon, the clash of ages beginning.
