Chapter 5: Dance Battle!(apparently..)

WARNING: If you like Kpop, specifically BTS, there will be a lot of jokes targeting BTS and its fanbase, this isn't how they act in real life so please take the jokes well, I don't want to see complaining! (coming from someone who doesn't like Kpop).

Sonic entered the next app while he was crying. He had calmed down a bit from his breakdown in front of Shadow. he had began to think over all of his mistakes to his friends, being so insensitive to his comrades and partners. "Once I see you all again, I will apologize for all I've done" thought Sonic as he walked around this unfamiliar app.

"What the hell is this place?" asked Sonic to himself. Sonic then caught eye of a bright red light a few feet away from where he was standing. Sonic could recognize the red shadow as Shadow's. He had to apologize for his talk back, maybe this could be the beginning to his redemption. Sonic dashed over to Shadow, who was standing with eyes closed, and with a huge frown on his face.

"So I guess you aren't looking for a way out huh?" asked Sonic as he neared up to Shadow. Shadow turned around to look at Sonic. Shadow stared at Sonic for a few seconds, and then started to speak. "No, not yet at least.." said Shadow as he crossed his arms. Shadow then turned around to look at Sonic. 

"Sonic, I'm sorry for the words I said to you, I was just so caught up in the stress of not just deleting a post, but from saving the entirety of the internet..." said Shadow. Even though many people knew Shadow as the "edgy kid" of the entire gang, since Sonic met him, he could see that deep inside, there was a brave and caring person, who just didn't;t know how to express his emotions.

"I understand, I honestly have to thank you though, for snapping me back to reality, telling me that I had a huge overbearing ego" said Sonic as he patted Shadow's shoulder. "No, actually YOU helped me realize I have been acting like an emo coward this entire time, you were right on me having to be a more cheerful person" said Shadow as he slightly smiled towards Sonic.

"So, back to being partners?" asked Sonic as he held out his hand, with a smile on his face. "Yeah, sure" said Shadow as they both shook hands. Sonic and Shadow then smiled at each other for a few seconds. "Anyways, how many hours do we have left, I mean we only have 24 hours to get to Twitter" said Sonic. Shadow took out his phone and looked at the time. "We have about 10 more hours before time is up, so we better hurry" said Shadow as he was ready to dash. "Also, what the hell is this place?" asked Shadow.

Suddenly, some whispers were heard, which caught Sonic and Shadow by alarm. "Show your face, coward!" shouted Sonic as he prepared his fist for battle. Sonic and Shadow were then pulled away from their current place, with masks put over their heads. The two hedgehogs grunted and struggled as they were pulled relentlessly towards a pink and white room.

Sonic and Shadow were thrown onto the floor both feeling the soft and squishy floor. Both of their masks were removed from their heads as they watched the view in front of them. They were in a room adorned with pink and white walls, had a pink fluffy couch, the TV was even bigger than the Empire State Building, and it had some 6 foot tall speakers. 

"안녕 Sonic and Shadow" said Jimin from BTS as they all did Jojo poses in front of them. "Oh no, it's that band Amy really likes..." said Sonic as he sighed in fear. "Wait, Amy likes these clowns? I thought Amy was better than that" said Shadow as he face palmed. "Welcome to the room of Kpop, where we produce our music, and where we'll be holding our concert collaboration with Lil Nas X!!", said Jungkook as he looked at Sonic seductively.

"Why are ya looking at me that way?" asked Sonic in a weird tone. "Oh he finds you very cute that he wants to f*ck you!!" said J - Hope as he patted JungKook's back. "Ok 2 reasons I won't date any of you, number 1 - I'm not gay!, number 2 - Ya'll basically look the same, don't know how girls find you guys hot" said Sonic as he had a very low brow expression on his face. Shadow looked at Sonic nervously.

"Sonic, look I know you're not that fond of these guys but that sounded kind of racist.....their fans are gonna cancel us for saying that" said Shadow as he whispered at Sonic. " I don't care, these hobos took us here without our permission, I can say whatever I want" said Sonic as he looked angrily at BTS. "Oh you guys are so rude! Just know that we are the best boyband ever, and we have our Army to cancel ya guys" said V in a mad tone. "Who's the Army?" asked Sonic. "I'm guessing it's their fanbase" replied Shadow.

"Look, why did you guys even bring us here?" asked Sonic as he crossed his arms. "We were sent here by Mr Musk to capture you guys, and he paid us a very good amount to do that", said RM. "You guys...really? We can handle you guys easily" said Shadow as he rolled his eyes. "Oh but we won't just beat you up, we will have to have a dance fight, and whoever cringes the most loses!!", laughed Sugarbird at the mere thought of that.

"OH COME ON, I don't want to dance, especially not in front of you Jackie Chan looking ass wannabes!!" shouted Sonic as he held his fists up. Shadow looked at Sonic with a concerned look. "Oh you wanna go racist mode huh?" asked J - Hope. "Well bring it on N****" Suddenly the floor turned onto a disco dance floor that dates all the way back to 1977. "bring it on!" shouted Shadow as BTS started blasting their hit song 'Dynamite'.

The BTS members started dancing in an oddly sexual way. They took off their shirts at first, and started pelvic thrusting towards Sonic and Shadow. Then in the chorus , they all started Twerking very aggressively, beating Niki Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion in their sheer twerking power. Sonic and Shadow were looking at the boys, with a very disgusted expression on their faces.

Once the BTS members started to do the shimmy, along with dancing like those guys from the 'I'm Sexy and I know it' music video. The lucky thing was, they usually sang with autotune, especially RM, so in real life, they were having multiple voice cracks per second. 'Wow, I thought Lil Pump was bad, but sheesh" said Sonic as he cringed in disgust at the Meer sight of the  twerking Korean boys.

Finally, the BTS boys stopped dancing, putting on some Jojo poses, while they were sweating as hard as a Football player after a game. "Ow my back hurts", said jimmy as he touched his back. "No shit, you were twerking aggressively" said Shadow as he and Sonic began getting ready to dance. 'Alright Sonic ya got the song?" asked Shadow.

"Yep, let's show these bozos a REAL boyband" said Sonic as he clicked play on the song. Then 'Everybody' by the Backstreet Boys started playing, while Sonic and Shadow started moving their legs to the beat. They started moving their hips like Elvis Presley, that even he would be impressed by their moves.

The BTS boys were astounded, they never thought anyone could beat them. "They really think Backstreet Boys are better than us?" asked RM. "Oh come on, everyone likes you guys just cause you guys are apparently hot, me on the other hand, I don't see it" said Sonic as he and Shadow started moonwalking.

Once it got to the chorus Shadow started breakdancing, breaking his ankled along with his back. Sonic then was lifted into the air by Shadow, where he did his iconic Sonic Adventure pose. Once Sonic and Shadow were done, they landed on their feet, while doing Jazz hands. "Oh wow, let's see who won" said Jungkook as he clicked on his phone, looking at a Twitter poll he had made. "Oh yeah we forgot, this was a livestream, meaning everyone could see you guys dancing" laughed the BTS members.

The poll results came in, and due to fanbase bias, BTS was chosen as the winner by a whopping 87% score, making Sonic and Shadow lose. "Ok that is unfair, you guys posted it on your Youtube channel, all your fans are biased, so that's why they chose you guys, ya'll didn't even dance all that good!" said Sonic as he rolled his eyes.

"Oh how riveting, we won, so in that case, we have to abduct you blue rat!!" shouted Jimin as he shot a laser beam at Sonic. Shadow suddenly got in front of Sonic. causing them to capture Shadow instead. "SHADOW!!" shouted Sonic as he started dashing towards the BTS members. Before Sonic could catch up, the BTS members disappeared into a portal with Shadow as captive.

Sonic dashed out of. the app, on his way to look for his friend. "They might have taken him to Twitter, but that's still pretty far off, I will save him though!" said Sonic as he was about to dash towards the next app. "Hey, I think I can help" said a certain being who emerged from the shadow. "No way, are you.." said Sonic. "Hey Sonic, long time no see! HOHOHOHOHO" said a certain someone who Sonic knew.
