Gio and I were talking about the run we're going to tonight when Ben walked with his famous evil smirk. That is usually most of the time a sign for disaster.

"Sooo, Gio did Leo tell you what happened this morning" Ben asked plopping himself on the couch in the office.

"No start talking" Gio turned all his attention to Ben.

"Well, this morning after we dropped Nora off, we went to the gas station. Then I drove in front of this other car and a very beautiful woman came out. She began yelling at me for cutting in front of her. Then Leo here came out the car instead of chewing her head off like he does with other people, he began checking her out. Like he was literally undressing the poor woman with his eyes. Anyway, she told Leo a piece of her mind and Leo let her leave if it was someone else, they would've died on the spot. So, this comes to my conclusion our dearest friend has become weak." Ben said with a chuckle.

"No, you didn't, tell me he's lying." Gio said turning back to me with a fake shocked face. See what I meant when I said they might be gay.

"It gets better, I met the same woman when I went to pick up Nora and you won't believe it. Nora and her daughter are friends, besties in fact." Ben said leaning back on the couch.

"Wait so my Nora and her Sandy are besties" I asked confused.

"How did you know Sandy's name, don't tell me you researched her already." Ben said face-palming his face.

"No, you dumb-fuck. Sandy and I met two days ago at the grocery store. She was crying, I asked what's wrong and she told me her mother did not want to buy her chocolate. So, I brought her ice cream, and we became friends. She went to her mom, and I saw her from a distance." I said all in one breathe.

The guys looked at me like I had grown two heads then they burst out laughing.

"You're so whipped and to a woman you don't even know." Gio said in between the laughs.

"She's not really a stranger now, you should hear Nora talk about her. You'd swear she's talking about her mother or sister" Ben said.

Okay let me think this through. Savannah is already a mother to Sandy. Sandy and Nora are best friends. Nora needs a mother figure in her life and my parents are bugging me about getting married. So, what if I marry Savannah on contact then make her fall in love with me then eventually, we'll become a real family. I mean what could go wrong.

"Helloooo, earth to Leo" Gio said waving his hand in my face. "You really got it bad bro" he said with a chuckle.

"So, what's the plan because you have that face on" Ben asked with interest.

"Well, what if I married Savannah?" I asked cautiously, and the boys looked at me like I'm insane.

"You're kidding right, you've got to be kidding. After what that bitch did to you and Nora, you want to go through all that again." Gio asked yelling.

"I'm not kidding Gio. That bitch and Savannah are nothing alike. Savannah is different from her, and she would make the perfect mother for Nora plus my parents keep bugging me about getting married." I said through gritted teeth.

"Fine but don't come crying to us when shit hits the fan" Gio said and with that he stormed out.

I understand where he is coming from, that bitch was like a sister to him. He loved him with his life, so when she disappeared with the wind, he took it hard. We all did, because we really loved her dearly, but she was swallowed by the good life. Hope she rots in the deepest pits of hell; I will not hesitate to kill her when I find her. Putting a bullet in her head will be easy considering she left us all broken but mostly Nora took the hardest hit. Ben's voice pulled me out my thoughts.
