Savannah
It has been two weeks since I've received the news of my pregnancy and I've been eating well except the fact that almost everything I eat does not stay down. Victor is starting to suspect that something is definitely wrong but I keep side tracking him, everytime he brings it up. I started wearing oversized clothes to hide my now showing belly. I hope Leo finds us soon.
Right now, I'm sitting in the rose garden and watching the sunset with two of Victor's goons, thinking about a certain grey-eyed dude. I rubbed my belly in a comforting manner as I started overthinking about Leo's reaction to the pregnancy and most especially how Nora and Sandy are going to react about all this. I took a deep breath, inhaling the sweet, sweet smell of the roses. I've always loved roses since I was little, the white ones are my favorite because they symbolize innocence and purity. Victor knew this because well we dated and I may have told him that I want a white rose garden one day.
Flashback
When he brought me out here three days ago, he said "I had a white rose garden, planted especially for you because you once told me you loved white roses and how you want a white rose garden."
With that being said, he looked me intensively and I looked down suddenly feeling shy. He put his finger under my chin, lifting it up slowly so I can look at him in the eye. I felt some sparks and I could tell he felt them too, but I ignored them. I starred deep into his ocean blue orbs and he starred back into mine. The blue eyes that once made me weak in the knees. The blue eyes that I once fell deep in love with. Now starring back at them, I feel nothing but pure anger and hatred. I could tell he was going through a lot of emotions but the one that stood out the most was love.
After all the bullshit he put me through he has the nerve to stand here and look me in the eye with eyes full of love. I felt bile rising up my throat, I quickly pulled out from his gaze and made a beeline to the nearest bathroom. After puking all the contents of my lunch, 'I'm gonna kill Leo when I see him' I thought to myself as I brushed my teeth.
Flashback ends**
The sun had set and it was getting quite chilly so I went up to my room with Victor's goons still on my tail. I took a quick shower and dressed in some Fluffy pajamas and got in bed to watch some TV.
I was in deep sleep when I heard a loud bang which caused me to jump up in a protective manner towards my stomach. Then gunshots followed shortly afterwards, not knowing what to do, I went to hide in the corner of my walk-in closet.
The door in my room burst open and I curled up further into the corner. I started saying a silent prayer at this point.
"Vladimir, tell the boss she is not in her room." The voice yelled out.
I heard footsteps coming towards the door of my closet and the knob began twisting slowly. I started panicking because I don't even have something to defend myself in here, just a bunch of clothes. My face was tear stricken at this point because I can already see my life flashing before my eyes. Just as the door was about to open, I heard two gunshots and a thud. I gasped loudly but I quickly put my hand over my mouth. The door opened and there stood in his might glory, Leonardo.
I leaped out from the corner into his arms and went into a full blown sob. I couldn't believe it, he actually came to my rescue. He tightened his hold on to me as if he never wants to lose me again. I sighed in content knowing that I'm safe from Victor.
"What took you so long? How did you find me? Oh my gosh, where's Nora and Sandy?" I started bombarding him with questions and he chuckled.
"Yeah I missed you too. How about we get out of here and I will tell you all about it." He said with a smile and I just nodded.
