Just a warning to my readers who wait for updates, I'm gonna say there are going to be 3, 4 or 5 actual chapters, and then an epilogue and then I think the book will end. So not much longer than the end, but yeah, there is still a bit. Also I know I promised that crumb would be in the book, but I'm not too sure how I'm going to do that. I mentioned her in this chapter, but I'm not sure if she'll be making an actual appearance.

Also, the Neoma family is made from 4 people and three pets. The two parents are Tasha and Jessie Neoma, a happy gay married couple, then there are the twins, and finally the three cats, whose names are Oreo (black tuxedo cat), Mint Chip (a small full-black cat) and Cream Puff (an over-weight cream coloured cat)

EVERYTHING IN THIS CHAPTER IS PLATONIC. I'm not shipping tubbo and ranboo, or eclipse and ranboo nor tubbo and eclipse. Get your head out of the shipping gutter. There are no longer any ships in this book except Eclipse x Percy.

TW - threats, eating disorder, self harm, homophobia/transphobia, police

Eclipse didn't explain what they meant by that, and I didn't pry, letting them lean against me, and when they finally fell asleep, I picked them up, bringing them back inside and tucking them in with some blankets before laying down on the blanket mountain next to the couch.

The next day, when Eclipse went off to continue with house buying things, I called Solar, hoping that I would be able to get more from them than Eclipse without causing someone to break down.

He was fine with answering my questions, but everything he said went along with what Eclipse had said. But when I asked more about them visiting Helen in jail, he got more serious.

"She begged us to go there, and I wanted to visit her because she was actually good to me. They came along because they didn't want me to go alone" A slight pause, as Solar fixed themselves, taking a quick breath before continuing. "Even though I was there with them, she only focused on them. She asked questions and we answered. And then before we left, she grabbed their wrist and told them that she was going to break out and kill them for getting her stuck in there. The guard then grabbed her, dragging her away, but she continued yelling, threatening them, our cats, our moms, and you because we told her that you were our friend. Eclipse was scared. They had nightmares for so long. The only way that they didn't suffer from the nightmares was when the cats were there. I think that's why we got Mint, so that Eclipse could have a cat cuddle with them at night".

When Eclipse returned that evening, I told them nothing about mine and Solar's conversation, and Solar promised to say nothing as well. Thankfully Eclipse was too busy with final things to question anything.

I didn't actually pay attention to anything that happened with the house until Eclipse dragged me all over town because they were waiting for the cleaners to finish.

And then suddenly, we were waiting for Solar and Percy to fly in so we could get all our stuff and move into our new house. Time flew by faster than I had thought it could. I barely could even tell when one day ended and the next started. I seemed to have a routine. Wake up, eat a bite or two, nap, wake up, play on my phone, get forced to eat lunch, join in on a Tubbo stream/treat the public to a Ranboo stream/shop with Eclipse (my poor wallet), eat dinner, and sleep. A shower gets added every once in a while, usually making me leave a puddle of liquid ruby behind.

With the flight over the other two sets for tomorrow, me and Eclipse settled down for our last day at Tubbo's. Tubbo himself was with us, sitting comfortably on the floor next to me as we watched whatever was on the TV.

Our relaxing day was interrupted by the doorbell ringing, and I sighed, standing up from the comfortable pile of blankets and heading towards the door, dragging my feet behind me as I slowly reached the door.

I opened it, and froze, my heart dropping when I saw who was there.

"Well hello there Amy. You look... different" My grandma said, her nose crinkling up as she looked me up and down.

I couldn't open my mouth to say anything. I was frozen like a statue, my heart beating faster as my breathing picked up, my knuckles going white as I tightened my grip on the doorknob.

"But that's fine. With just a few changes, we'll be able to find you a wonderful husband." She smiled at me, the hatred in her eyes giving her away as she held out her hand, motioning for me to take it "Well? Let's go. I already booked you hair and nail appointments and I would be so sad if we ended up missing them"

"Ranboo? Is everything ok?" I heard Eclipse yell from the living room. I didn't respond. I couldn't.

Her smile dropped when she heard Eclipse's voice. "So that thing is still around. Did he do this all to you? This isn't you Amy. Now come with Granny, we can fix you all up" She opened her arms up like she was going to give me a hug "Come along now, Granny loves you"

"Ranboo?" Tubbo this time. His voice was concerned. I could feel guilt now on top of the fear. I should just close the door. Then I wouldn't worry them.

Gra-- Bethany was getting annoyed now, her eyes narrowing as she adjusted her purse, digging in it before grabbing her phone.

"Just come with me Amy. Are you being held hostage? Do you need to be saved? Should I call the police? Come on Amy, Grandma loves you and she can help you if you need it" She showed me her phone, which she happened to open with it ready to call 999 (Is this the UK emergency number? I'm not sure). That seemed convenient.

I wanted to shake my head, but I still couldn't move. I was getting annoyed with myself now, but there was nothing I could do to unfreeze my body.

"Ranboo" Eclipse was suddenly behind me, and just as suddenly, I could move again. No longer wanting to be the centre of Bethany's attention, I grabbed Eclipse's shoulders and pushed them in front of me, hiding slightly behind them as they processed what had happened.

"Oh" They said when they figured things out, and they stood taller "Bethany right?" They asked, crossing their arms, slipping on their tough person mask that they wore, the reason I had been so scared of them at first.

"Well if it isn't Eclipse!" She crinkled her nose at them "You haven't changed one bit. Let me guess, you still think you're still genderless? What was that term you used... no-binanary?"

"Non-binary. And yes, I'm still genderless. That won't change, just like Ranboo won't ever be a girl again"

"No. That's not how it works. You're just confused. You know, if you fix yourself, you'd probably be a great husband for Amy here" Bethany said and Eclipse deadpanned.

"I have a boyfriend"

"Of course you do" Bethany rolled her eyes "Now do you mind passing Amy over here? I just want to see my beloved Amy again" Bethany blinked 'innocently' and I could see Eclipse roll their eyes as they grabbed my hand behind their back, rubbing their thumb over the back of my hand in a comforting way.

"I'd rather not bitch" Eclipse said, looking behind their shoulder where Tubbo was hiding around the corner "Tubs can you take Ranboo to the living room? I have someone I need to deal with" They turned to glare at Bethany.

Tubbo quietly came up to me and took my hand, pulling me away from the door as Bethany started to talk again.

"Don't do this. I don't want it to be harder than it needs to be. I will call the police if I need to"

"Fuck off bitch. I doubt they'd believe you bitch" Eclipse responded, and that was all I could hear before Tubbo closed the door of his bedroom, blocking the noise coming from the argument outside.

Tubbo led me to his bed, sitting me down and grabbing blankets from the floor and wrapping it around me, grabbing his laptop with headphones, sitting down next to me and sneaking into the blanket with me, putting a headphone in my ear and opening up twitch, heading towards the first person he saw was streaming, which was Crumb, a streamer I hadn't met before but had heard about from Tubbo. She was drawing and we opened the chat, typing in a quick hello with an emote face.

We continued watching streams for a few hours, until a loud knock on the door made Tubbo stand up.

Behind the door was an officer with his badge out.

"I'm sorry sirs, but I'll need you two to come with me"
